Hahaha. I have to gloat a bit over RBK`s problems this season. We are not alone :p Relax Fireman. RBK have full controll like always. The troop of Rosenborg have been strengthened during the window.
But they are not fully on top of everything yet after the change of coach and the new generation building up in Trondheim. But it will come. Im just hoping we will manage to keep up with RBK in the future. Vålerenga keep struggeling. Molde seems to hit the jackpot with Solskjær. And Fredrikstad offcourse has been playing well with Hussain and Tarik.

The cup and its quarter-finals hase been played this weekend. Rbk lost to Rekdals men Aafk , Molde lost their game agains FFK , Brann won their match And Stabæk won against Strømsgodset.

Im almost afraid to write it down to curse the topic but a little notis from my supporter groups Tifo group that has been attending a meeting with the football association , Norwegian topp football , The Norwegian supporter aliance and the police .
I quote : Constructive meeting between NSA, NFF, NTF and police about Pyrotechnics yesterday. We are approaching a breakthrough. In the meantime, keep the possibility open that anyone can apply for an exemption from the regulatory one game at a time. All other fan clubs should m.a.o. search and practice in implementing safe events.

This would be abreakthrough for Norwegian supporter culture. Even a breakthrough i European supporter culture.

Vålerenga have wanted a their own stadium in Oslo east for a very long time.
In 2008 the dream came a bit closer. Here is some of the story behind .

Vålerenga is one of two teams in the Premier League that has a unique stadium. Bislett Stadium is the arena that almost come to be called Vålerenga's home. Despite the "Playpen" at Bislett was the team's home arena for decades, it is Oslo which is the owner. This tenancy agreement worked well for many years, but in the last 15 - 20 years showed one problem after another. Vålerenga football has been a football nomad in recent years, where they have played at several venues. VIF is the club's supporters have been "a people without a country". The desire to get a home has increased in strength in recent years. The club and the fans all want to find the "promised land", a future "VIF STADIUM"

    Bislett 1961

Vålerenga played at Bislett greatness through the ages of 60 - and 80 - century. The team did so well that the Bislett in people's mouth was called "Playpen". In 1962 the club set an attendance record that would not be broken until 2004.
Bislett was Vålerenga's home, but Oslo is the owner of the stadium did not do his duties as a good landlord should do. Inadequate maintenance caused the stadium due. Eventually, conditions so bad that the club was forced to find other venues to play.

Although conditions at the Bislett was miserable turned Vålerenga back in the second half of 90 - years after playing their games in including Ullevål.
In the 90 - century, it became clear that Vålerenga had big plans to build its own arena / football hall next to the Valle Hovin. All plans and financing was in order, as well as several local politicians were positive. Despite this, VIF an answer from the Planning and Building just before Christmas in 1997. The club refused to let go of the plans and urged the same time the politicians who were initially positive about the plans again to work for the cause.

In 1999 it became clear that the VIF had to return to the Ullevaal Stadium. This created major negative reactions. Bislett was in too poor condition, while the debate about a new Bislett raged in the media. Vålerenga was the largest user of the stadium, but the club want around "new Bislett" was not heard. With a "forced" deportation to Ullevål and no ear at the municipality, began plans for a stadium to emerge. Several alternative building sites were mentioned, for example. Bjørvika and Kvaerner Valley / Lodalen which is only a stone's throw from Vålerenga Church.
After some talk in the media around the newly hatched stadium plans, the attention to a new arena gradually disappeared. Vålerenga moved back to Ullevål and chat around a new plant ceased.

Just after the turn of the century started a new and exciting period for the VIF. Football Hall of Valle, where entry had been stopped in 1997, was still a reality. Valhall that the arena is called, was ready for use at the end of 2000. VIF had now been given a hall that gave them some of the best training conditions in the country. Year 2000 was a good year for Vålerenga in terms of Valhall, but the sporty set the year was a disaster. VIF were relegated from the Premier League and had to put up with playing in the 1st Division in 2001. Despite the success of Valhall, it was therefore no more talk of building a stadium.

2001 would prove to be a good year for Vålerenga. Tom Nordli was replaced by Kjetil Rekdal as head coach, and Rekdal responded by bringing the team right back to the Premier League. October 11, 2001 awakened VIF fans a great news. I had quietly Vålerenga Fotball ASA, Vålerenga Hockey AS and Vålerenga Basket planned a 100% privately financed sports and industrial park in Jordal-dumped. The plans was that it would build a new football stadium, under the name "Vålerenga Park", commercial premises and homes. The plant was scheduled to be completed around the year 2006 - 2007.

The consortium that planned "Vålerenga Park" consisted of Vålerenga Fotball ASA, Vålerenga Hockey AS, Vålerenga Basket, Oslo and heavier players Entra Eiendom AF group. The hope was that Oslo would free up land for Vålerenga while omregulere area. The dream of a stadium so for the first time out to come true. Optimism was alive, and the company "Vålerenga Park AS" was established. Vålerenga Vålerenga Hockey ASA and each went in with £ 200,000, - in equity.

2002 was NOK a good year for sporting Vålerenga. "Enga" Norway became champions and remained in the Premier League by a wide margin. Plans for a new stadium was further developed and all were apparently on the "rails".

The year 2003 proved to be far more exciting than anyone could anticipate. Several of the most prolific players left the club, including, Pa Modou Kah, Tobi Grahn and Stian Ohr. The result was that the club made it miserable in the series and Vålerenga had finally out in the qualifying match against Sandefjord. The club's future looked very bleak.

The last game was played in Valhall. It was win or disappearance of Vålerenga. The economy of Vålerenga Fotball ASA was miserable, and relegation would only make this situation worse. Because of the bad economy threatened NFF not to grant a license VIF, for games in the top divisions. Unless the economy in the short term improved drastically, it would have meant that the club may have played in the 2nd division.
Vålerenga won the match against Sandefjord, and relegation was avoided purely athletic. Right after the victory in Valhall, it was announced that "Vålerenga great friend" shipping magnate John Fredriksen had deleted all Vålerenga debt. Vålerenga Fotball ASA was closed / bankrupt and all rights were transferred to the club Vålerenga. Norwegian Football Association granted Vålerenga professional license and VIF had been given a fresh start "with a blank sheet of paper and crayons."
Although this revolution was entirely positive, it led to the Vålerenga football ASA, which owned 50% of the shares in the stadium project "Vålerenga Park AS" was laid down. Again the plans for a new stadium put on ice.

Cleanup and new impetus characterized Vålerenga in late 2003 and early 2004. "No" talking anymore about a new stadium. Thoughts about the near-relegation and financial problems were swept away when the VIF in 2004 did its job, both sporty and economical. The year was a record year for the club in every way. Silver in the series points with Liverpool who won, qualifying the new 'Royal League "and" Champions League ", and that there were two new public records. The club made money like never before and an economic record was set when Vålerenga and Hafslund agreed the biggest sponsorship deal the club had.
Unfortunately, there was little talk of "Vålerenga Park" project, which then seemed a light year away from realization. At the very end of the year 2004 it was announced that Entra Eiendom entered Vålerenga as a new main partner. The agreement in force until 2010. From VIF came concession that a future development of a stadium was inclusive of the agreement with the centers.

2004 had been a great year in every way, but 2005 would prove to be even better. For Vålerenga supporters over the years had witnessed one disappointment after the other was silver in 2004 a huge achievement. That 2005 would bring the club even further up the ladder in Norwegian football was almost too good to be true. VIF took gold in the series, while last year's attendance record against Stabæk was thoroughly beaten. Enga was back at the very top of Norwegian football after a break of 21 years.

As previously Vålerenga in modern history, sporting success and plans for a new stadium followed each other closely. 2004 had had very little to offer in terms of the development of a new football facility, but with continuous sporting success, new plans presented. In April 2005, from VIF announced that together with the centers considered three options for the location of a possible new stadium. The three options were Jordal, Valle and Oslo. A month after Vålerenga came with the first statement to several of the nation's newspapers report that VIF had decided Oslo. Initially, this was disproved by ENGAS director Kjetil Siem, but after some exciting week it was finally confirmed that Bjørvika actually was the club's first choice.
The VIF wanted to add a new football stadium to the most attractive area created naturally much debate. Shortly after Bjørvika plans had been presented was the statement made by several politicians, and common to almost all was that they were strongly negative for Vålerenga plans. Bjørvika was zoned for residential purposes and the city's governing bodies saw no reason to change that. Despite the political reluctance continued Vålerenga and centers work to develop plans for a stadium in Bjørvika and a light oral swept between the municipality and Vålerenga flared up.
Oslo Vålerenga accused of not respecting the approved plans, while Enga criticized the council to not support the top football as other communities did. As a reaction to the VIF's stadium plans in Bjørvika launched the Oslo Left Ensjø as a new option for the location of the club's new home. Urban Development Committee chairman John Elvestuen to the Times report that both the politicians and landowners in Ensjø so positive to add a new VIF arena to the area. One of the arguments of John Elvestuen was that Ensjø was kjærneområdet to Vålerenga and that the costs associated with building a stadium would be much cheaper on Ensjø compared to Oslo. After Ensjø had been presented as a new alternative reacted Vålerenga to announce that the plans were interesting, but beyond that there were no more signals from the club.

When plans for a new arena in Bjørvika first learned there was some uncertainty about how concrete these plans actually were, but the uncertainty would soon be removed. In September 2005 presented Entra Eiendom plans for "Fjord City" in Oslo. These were plans that involved a complete exploitation of the area where the football stadium "Enga Amphitheatre" was placed on Sørenga in Oslo.
After the presentation of plans for "Fjord City" was developed more or less quiet. Vålerenga wanted Bjørvika while the Oslo municipality wanted to build homes in the area. In November 2005, Oslo launched as yet another option. Architect Kathrine Nyhus had the city council leader Erling Lae and urban councils Grethe Horntvedt been commissioned to explore the possibility of adding a new Vålerenga stadium over the track of the Oslo Central Station. It would later turn out that according to National Rail was not possible to build an arena across the track of the Oslo S.

After a time the City of Oslo and Vålerenga had been far apart in the case of a new stadium began VIF parties to approach each other. Whether it was pressure from the guild or the City Government's embrace of the Oslo S option is unclear, but the result was in all cases that the City Council in Oslo on 14.12.2005 adopted the clear majority that they would begin to cooperate with Vålerenga to have built a new football arena in Oslo.
The outgoing president and leader of Vålerenga stadium project Kjetil Siem said later that the city council's decision on co-operation that it was very good and that he looked positively on it to build a new arena not too long.
Although nothing specific was decided it was in all cases, the framework for a new arena clearer. It was after the decision by the City Council now accept that Vålerenga would be building a new stadium so VIF wish, while both Enga and centers eventually seemed to be willing to discuss other locations than Oslo.

The beginning of the 2006 season started with two of the leaders of the club thanks to him. Svein Mollekleiv stepped down and handed over the chairman position to Odd Overall Heim, while ENGAS beloved director Kjetil Siem left the club. As a replacement for Siem Geir P. Solstad appointed as new Managing Director.
Kjetil Siem, who along with head coach Kjetil Rekdal had brought the club back to the top of Norwegian football, was also the one most likely to have been involved in stadium process. After Siem resignation club lost a resource, but Vålerenga had in its recent chairman Odd Overall Home has a new person who carried the baton. Overall Home with his background as a former Managing Director for the Comfort Hotel and current business owner would quickly prove to be the case Stadium important key figure. As the new chairman of Vålerenga and responsible for the stadium process further momentum was Skar Home immediate talks with the political environment in Oslo.

Stadium issue was now in a vacuum. The process was still underway, but few showed the direction it took. The media began to speculate in various areas of possible locations for a new arena. For ex. Could the newspaper Østbye in its edition on 22 March 2006 report that urban councils Grete Horntvedt apparently had been agreed with Vålerenga to investigate Vippetangen / Revierhavna as a possible site for a new stadium, and that this option according Horntvedt should be considered in planning the program for the Fjord City which would be presented in summer 2006.

After a long period of time without something concrete to relate to could Vålerenga fresh Director of the club's new media efforts VIF TV announce the great success.
On 29 April 2006 from the VIF announced that they had received a report from Oslo who described the potential locations for a new stadium. The report was called "Vålerenga football stadium. A localization study."
According Vålerenga Geir P. Solstad, this was good reading, as seen from the VIF's standpoint. Location The study examined all 12 possible locations, and had apparently taken into account the Vålerenga belonging to Oslo east, infrastructure and space requirements.
According Solstad had the club at the Odd Overall Heim agreed with the municipality to pick 4-5 options that they thought was most appropriate. These options were in the course of May 2006 further work.

Geir P. Solstad, who only a few months earlier had been appointed managing director of the club left the job, but unlike his predecessor had not Solstad has been responsible for the club's work for a new stadium. As chairman Odd Overall Home already at Siem departure had taken over responsibility for the further progress of the stadium project was not the case suffering as a result of Solstad's departure.

Towards the end of May 2006, the rumors going about that VIF had left Bjørvika as their first choice and also begun to focus on the Valle who was in walking distance from town Vålerenga. This was by no means official communications at the time, but a statement from the club a few months later would prove to partially confirm what many thought.

On 15 August 2006, the two most recent building sites for a new arena published by Vålerenga. The two options were Sørenga in Bjørvika and Valle. Both areas were previously presented in Oslo's location study that was presented at the 29th April 2006.
Both locations were official options, but despite this it was Valle is the only location that could actually be feasible. Bjørvika option had, as Vålerenga knew, massive political resistance. Valle area, however was of most parties considered the most appropriate place for the construction of a new arena.

After locating the question was more or less settled the spotlight focused on how the new arena would be financed. The majority of the lots in Valle was owned by the City of Oslo and the 12.09.2006 announced Labor that they wanted to give the required site of VIF for a dime. Socialist Left Party jumped on this statement and declared that they supported the Labour Party's desire to give Enga out of a dime.
Labor and Socialist Left Party then proposed by the budget process in the City Council on 12/13/2006 that "the City Council are requested to submit plans, and initiate necessary regulatory efforts to build a new football stadium for Vålerenga Sports Association at Valle Hovin".
This proposal was apparently too high cost for the majority of the City Council and H, the Progress Party, V and KRF therefore suggested the following alternative, which was adopted: "The City Government asked to clarify the regulatory and financing-related opportunities associated with the plans for the establishment of a new football stadium at Valle Hovin" .

Department of Urban Development had the main responsibility to follow up on City Council decision of 13.12.2006. Former head of this department Grete Horntvedt (H) had shown that she prioritized the stadium issue to VIF through its rapid processing of location issue which had resulted in Oslo's location study of 29 April 2006. Horntvedt (H) was the Undervisningsbygg scandal replaced by former board member of the Lightning Merete Agerbak-Jensen (H) on 27.09.2006. As the new head of the City Department for Urban Development fell the responsibility of Agerbak-Jensen to comply with the City Council decision of 13.12.2006.

After Agerbak-Jensen (H) took over the stadium was the case for Vålerenga obviously a much lower priority than what had been the case earlier in the process. Weeks and months went by without anything apparently done to comply with the decision by the city council, which quickly created great dissatisfaction among the supporters of the VIF should get a new football stadium. Rather than focus on the opportunities related to the plans for the establishment of a new football stadium at Valle Hovin, which the City Council had instructed, joined Commissioner Agerbak-Jensen (H) seem to only focus on items that could create problems for ENGAS plans. Many began to feel that the Conservatives to a greater and greater exercise indices of the stadium issue. On a direct question from vifstadion.no denied Commissioner Agerbak-Jensen (H) that this was the case.

The year was now 2007 and it was time for local elections. The club and the guild made plans for a major offensive that would make Vålerenga stadionsak the election issue. The aim was to clarify which parties actually supported VIF their desire to plot a dime and who was against.

Several months after the City Council decision of 13.12.2006, the first visible evidence that the City Council followed up this decision. In April 2007, Vålerenga a letter from the City of Oslo where it was revealed that efforts to create a blueprint for the Valle area was initiated. The sketch plan should address the elements that access, where large areas that could be used for commercial purposes, etc. The news that the municipality had finally begun this work was received with joy in Vålerenga who immediately announced via its web-TV channel TV VIF that process was now underway in earnest.

The club seemed pleased with the development, but continued pressure on the political environment. Together with the guild went VIF with a recommendation that the VIF-fans should give their vote in local elections to one of the parties that supported ENGAS desire to get the stadium site to a dime.

Sunday 2 September 2007 arranged Vålerenga and guild it most likely was the capital's biggest campaign event of the year. The club invited to the political debate in Valhall. Several thousand spectators showed up and the various parties asked all the top people. Debate panel consisted of John Elvestuen (V), Peter N. Myhre (FRP), David Hansen (KRF), Bård Folke Fredriksen (H), Knut Even Lind Jørn (SV), Rune Gerhardsen (AP) and The Shaker RV / Red.

The answers from the politician should prove to be far more positive than most people with heart in Vålerenga had dreamed about. One party after another proclaimed that they would help financially with VIF to finance a new stadium. Some would provide the necessary sites for Vålerenga for a crown, while some would also contribute funds. Most political parties closest to arguing about getting the opportunity to help the club to the greatest extent possible, with one exception. As the only party said the Conservatives that they in no way intended to provide land free of VIF and are not intended to support Vålerenga with any financial contribution.

Despite the Conservatives' reluctance to help the Engadine as the result of local elections that it was an obvious majority of the City Council to give Vålerenga stadium lots for a dollar.
This was of course very positively viewed by the club's point of view. The only rock in the sea, in relation to the stadium process was that the Conservative Party was allowed to continue in the city council.

During the debate on new VIF Stadium on 2 September 2007 said FRP on par with most other parties in Oslo that they had to give Vålerenga the necessary sites for £ 1 Progress as on the debate stage had already been sitting in the Commissioner for the past four years, when asked if they really intended to give priority to this matter if they could continue on in city government after the election. Progress collaboration party in City Government, Conservatives were, after all, the only party that openly stating that they did not want to support Vålerenga. The Progress Party's representative Peter N. Myhre could then confirm that this was a case they came to fight for despite the Conservatives initially did not want to support the VIF with financial means. The 02 October 2007 came the first signal that the Progressive Party wanted to keep his campaign promise. In a letter to then-mayor Svenn Kristiansen came Frp Henning Holstad with a private proposal to the City of Oslo should sell land to the VIF for a dime.

Already The 17th October 2007 came the private proposal from Progress Henning Holstad up for consideration in City Council. The following decision was unanimous and the result was at first that the proposal to provide VIF stadium site for $ 1, should be sent to the Finance Committee in Oslo municipality for further investigation. That the proposal from Henning Holstad quickly treated in City Council created a breeding ground for new optimism about the land issue could be resolved quickly, but unfortunately it turned out quickly that Finaskomiteen had other important matters were given priority before the issue of transfer of the stadium site to the VIF for £ 1

While Vålerenga fans and stadium enthusiasts again was reminded byrokratiets study pace, was now a former city council's decision finally result in something concrete. Almost one year after the City Council through the "City Council decision of 13.12.2006" had asked City Council to clarify the regulatory and financing-related opportunities associated with the plans for the establishment of a new football stadium at Valle, was the result. On 22 November 2007, the result of the council's two completed feasibility studies be publicly disclosed. The studies had been prepared by the companies Multiconsult and Asplan Viak. The feasibility study would look at challenges as traffic, access, placement of a new arena, the location of the rink, and location of economic activity. Both of the two different possible studies that were conducted confirmed that it was urban development feasible to build a football stadium on the Valle area while it is also room for ice skating and business.

With two feasibility studies that both concluded that it was possible to build a new arena on the Valle region, a specific proposal for City Council in Oslo to transfer land to Vålerenga for £ 1, and that there was a perceived majority of City Council was for these plans , one would think that most obstacles to progress in the matter had been cleared away. It would prove that "further investigation of the Finance Committee" nearly had a short affair. The proposal to City Council that the City of Oslo should sell land to the VIF for a crown that had been put forwarded to the Finance Committee as early as 17 October 2007, but it turns out that this case is now carried the official name "case 382, private proposal from Henning Holstad" would be postponed several times before it came up for final consideration.

Not until the 13th February, the year after the proposal was submitted to the City Council, came up the matter with the Finance Committee. What then happened was that the Committee received a presentation of the Property and Urban renewal agency (EBY), where they went through the two feasibility studies for a new stadium at Valle had been presented almost three months earlier. The presentation demonstrated that the VIF their desire to plot a crown could be done, but also that the site could be very expensive for Vålerenga given certain factors. For Vålerenga part, this meant that if it was required that the costs for the construction of a new ice arena would be part of the project, as was the original cheap land very expensive. Instead of getting a site that had a value could Vålerenga risk getting transferred a plot that had the booklet with a huge deficit of several hundred million. After that EBY had presented the facts surrounding the case, there were many who had expected a concrete decision on the Finance Committee, but NOK once the resolution was postponed.

After the Finance Committee meeting on 13 February 2008 it had emerged that the original cheap land could be very expensive. Some of the council's calculations showed that it considered whether Vålerenga stadium project would also include construction of a new ice arena for several hundred million. This news was of more perceived as "a shot across the bow" and a clear signal that the process towards a new stadium probably would not be as smooth as originally expected after a large majority of the city's politicians had promised VIF plots for a dime. As if this was NOK had also come new signals indicating that the Progress Party, which during the election campaign had been among the most positive, intended to go back on his promise to give the club the necessary areas of the Valle-field and the site where the current Hovin school is located.

Vålerenga chairman and head of the club's stadium project, Odd P. Skar Heim, who also had heard the news that the Progress Party was considering withdrawing from the agreement to give Vålerenga land had once held a clarification meeting with the Progressive Party. Answers Skar Heim received from FRP would prove to be very encouraging. Progress contention in that meeting had been that they only had promised Vålerenga the necessary land, but that this does not necessarily including the land where Hovin school stands today. After a brief summary of what was reviewed at the club's public meeting in the autumn of 2007 and what was VIFs need of land he received the confirmation he wanted. Progress promised that the promises made by Peter N. Myhre (FRP) was observed. Vålerenga should get what they wanted.

After numerous postponements of the "case 382, private proposal from Henning Holstad" as it finally appears that the Finance Committee in Oslo municipality should complete action on the matter at its meeting on Tuesday the 6th May 2008. In advance of this meeting was the Labour Party, Socialist Left Party and FRP prepared a joint proposal that secured Vålerenga Stadium empty for a £. The proposal for many months had been untreated for the committee was finally adopted. Vålerenga had thus after several years of intense work received the first vedtakket that largely ensured the realization of their own stadium. With this decision the committee was all set for the proposal also would be finally adopted by the City Council at their meeting on 14 May 2008 as the same parties that had come with a common proposal in the Finance Committee and approved it, also had a majority there.

Wednesday 14 May 2008 will forever go down in history as a day for Vålerenga! After a lengthy debate round, with Vålerenga guild present, approved the Oslo City Council this day to give the VIF the necessary site area of Valle area for construction of a new VIF stadium and associated commercial space.

VIF had finally gotten the desired resolution in Oslo's city council, but this did not mean that all obstacles were forced. During Vålerenga people meet and stadium debate Sunday 2nd September 2007 it emerged that the Conservatives in no way wanted to transfer the municipal land area free of VIF. This attitude kept the party during the entire process leading up to the crucial decision of the City Council on 14 May 2008, and it would quickly show that the Conservatives did not regard the matter as finished even after it was formally decided. In the days and weeks that followed continued the Conservatives to oppose the transfer of the stadium site for Vålerenga.

Conservatives had previously argued that the transfer of land to Vålerenga could be contrary to EEA rules, and this påstanded Party continued to front. The fact that this issue had already been dealt with by experts in the field, and the result had been that the transfer was contrary to EEA rules, did not seem to get the right to change the point of view.

The case that was already approved by the City Council should now put into practice. The agency would perform the actual planning of land transfer was the City Council, and this was known as the Conservative strongly represented. Although the Progress Party was the City Council in Oslo, it was the Conservatives who had the two most important city council seats that had no bearing on the development of this case. Merete Agerbak-Jensen (H) was the commissioner for urban development, and Stian Berger Røsland (H) was the commissioner of finance and development. The negative for Vålerenga in this situation was that it was as if the 'goat to keep the geese. " Those who were most negative to the VIF would be the stadium site was at the same time those who would be responsible for carrying out the process.

City Council Decision of 14 May 2008 to give Vålerenga stadium site was a policy decision is taken as constant it clear that the necessary land area would be transferred to Vålerenga, and therefore was not in the decision the specific plot that actually would be given to VIF. It turned out that the Conservatives planned to use also this fact as an argument for the continued postponement of the case. The message from the finance commissioner Stian Berger Røsland (H) was that they did not know what to ask the EFTA Surveillance Authority ESA. The reason for this was that the Commissioner claimed that it was essential to know the actual plot was talking about and how much it was worth.

With their statements that they did not know what to ask ESA showed commissioner of finance and development Stian Berger Røsland that he could have the intention to mislead about what was actually adopted by the City Council. In their statements were Røsland it sound as if City Council did not know what it was they had adopted and that the decision was therefore of a nature that he could not do anything concrete on work from there.

This statement might give the impression that the Commissioner showed reluctance to implement the majority of the City Council had adopted, as there should be any doubt about what the specific tasks of the council was now.

And this saturday the politicians had to stand straight and answer some questions the club and fans had for the topic now that it is a new election coming up.
Every side but the labour called right is still positive about the new Vålerenga culture and sports park. same goes for the expenses for the public roads around the project and other public infrastructure around the project should be payed by the community.
