He was a great player over the last couple of years for us while he was a captain. He was a dynamo in the midfield, he really pulled all the strings. In the last year his age really seems to have caught up with him and he just hasnt been playing up to the standard we are used to seeing. I like that he is retiring now before he becomes a burden on the team. On another note hail Captain Srna!!! I've said that he has been our best player the last couple of years (excluding Dudu at times). Im glad that he has gotten the armband and I look forward to him leading our team into the world cup and beyond.
