Niko Kovac Retires

    niko kovac has announced he will retire from the national team effective immediately..i just want to say thank you niko kovac..i dont think there was a player who played with more heart then niko kovac..the guy gave everything he had when he put on the sacred checkered shirt..here is an interview with our beloved former captain..

    He was a great player over the last couple of years for us while he was a captain. He was a dynamo in the midfield, he really pulled all the strings. In the last year his age really seems to have caught up with him and he just hasnt been playing up to the standard we are used to seeing. I like that he is retiring now before he becomes a burden on the team.

    On another note hail Captain Srna!!! I've said that he has been our best player the last couple of years (excluding Dudu at times). Im glad that he has gotten the armband and I look forward to him leading our team into the world cup and beyond. :)

    Niko Kovac makes successful role as a coach of Eintracht Frankfurt

    Eintracht is currently 7th with 21 points, same as Borussia Dortmund, but they are on the third position. So Niko Kovac has a chance to play in the Champions League or more realistically in Europa League.
