And we're on the tracks again for an entire season of poor goals, sometimes illuminated by a Landrin or an Ilan ! :D

Nicest goal of the 1st day:
    David Bellion (Bordeaux, vs Lens)

I will always prefer a great collective goal to an individual nice shoot in soccer ;) But they're rare in France

I think David Bellion is gonna have a big, break out season. That could be the 1st of many goals to come. Maybe finally he liviing up to his potential. He had 9 goals last year for a bad team and now he's on a better team so I expect more.

it'll depend on whether lolo continues the archconservative tendancies of his predecessor.

Goal of the day? I think it was Valenciennes second goal that gets my vote.

Hmmm, by the way, did anyone see that Michel Bastos goal in the Metz-Lille match? Seeing the highlights, based on that, I'd argue that Metz's goalkeeper would be the worst in L1. He could have done better on the second Lille goal, as well, I believe.

I saw the entire game and he's a freaking disaster. Metz fans were jeering him by the 30th minute. He couldn't even make simple clearances. After his aweful mistakes he spent most of his time yelling at his defenders. Aweful.

I think it will be a long time before Metz take three points this year.

I thought Hadji would have made an impact at Rennes and I'm surprised he failed there.

The Grafite and Vahirua goals were pure class. If Saifi were to have scored a 3rd for Lorient, that goal would have deserved recognition for the way he dribbled through the Lyon defence.
