----------- As Arnold would say, "i'll be back" Actually next years plans are of course LAFC new digs, then in fall DC, possibly with a stop in ATL to check out the dome.

Minnesota United announces president Nick Rogers is leaving the club. Also, all sporting operations now report to CEO Chris Wright. #mnufc— Paul Tenorio (@PaulTenorio) December 5, 2017 #mnufc statement on front office changes, including Nick Rogers’ exit. #MLS pic.twitter.com/slUH1wxOGQ— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) December 5, 2017
Now I am fine with Chris Wright as CEO and think Nick was a bit in over his head last year, nor that he should be leading the club heading further in to MLS, but the lack of recognition by either the club or fans for what Nick did for the sport/team has been surprising and sad.

Just a note...A LOT of noon/1pm games this season. Boo. Lot of games near or on holidays (Easter, 4th of July, etc...) Also The home match in August that breaks up the solid 2 months between the July 22 home match and the September 22 home match. Great way to kill local enthusiasm with that long of a break.— Robert the Red (@robert_the_red) January 4, 2018 That's pretty awful.

=Odd Toronto doesn't get more love. I guess the league hopes Atlanta continues to play its up tempo and must be banking on LAFC to hit the ground running. Do VAN & MON need to be upset no appearances? You think the league would want to showcase every team at least once.
Agreed. I think the Canadian teams are a bit different. I think I read someone say that they are all nationally broadcasted.......in Canada. But, I haven’t confirmed that. I know I wouldn’t mind watching more Toronto games. But, it’s the same old, same old...lot of teams on the coasts. And I get it.
