#MNUFC announces Colombian midfielder Darwin Quintero has received his U.S. green card, meaning he frees up an international spot on club's #MLS roster.New Zealand native Michael Boxall is also working on his card, which would open second spot for maneuvering in transfer windows— Andy Greder (@andygreder) March 28, 2019

News: #MNUFC midfielder Collin Martin is going out on loan to #USL’s Hartford Athletic, coach Adrian Heath said Monday. After not playing in the seven #Loons game this season, club is looking to get him some minutes.— Andy Greder (@andygreder) April 22, 2019
Question: Do you really have a deeper bench than years past if half of that bench is on loan somewhere? Asking for a friend.
Notebook: #MNUFC coach Adrian Heath explains why Francisco Calvo was left off game-day roster in 1-0 win over D.C. United; #Loons midfielder Darwin Quintero in "a lot of pain" after injury; much more. https://t.co/QvGhMyZoRr— Andy Greder (@andygreder) April 29, 2019 Minnesota wore its newer “secondary” white kits on Sunday, a look they have had in all three home games this year. After wearing gray shirts during their two years at TCF Bank Stadium, white will continue to be their primary look at home in 2019.
Normally not thrilled with the all-white, but never mess with a streak. I'll be shocked if both Calvo and Boxall make it past the end of the season on the roster. Summer transfer window is coming...
I am still not all too thrilled about Miller and Kallman. But, I get the optimism over the other two. Calvo was probably gone in the summer anyway. I really want to see Omsberg pair up with Ike by the end of the season, to gauge what we have in him.
Manny should be a) helping Metanire get his green card and b) asking him if he knows any left backs that might like to play here.
Photo: Poor Jan Gregus. During a finishing drill, the #MNUFC midfielder’s errant shot sailed into the players’ parking lot and knocked off the review mirror casing on his own SUV. Whoops. pic.twitter.com/DdCq2eJCAE— Andy Greder (@andygreder) May 1, 2019

Adrian Heath on #MNUFC captain choice on @SKORNorth show: “Decision that’s gonna have to be made. But that will be determined by who plays.”Context: Riding 2 shutouts, doubt Francisco Calvo usurps Eric Miller in lineup; Ozzie Alonzo has been C, and Seattle is coming to town.— Andy Greder (@andygreder) May 2, 2019 Doesn't look good for FC. BUT, we need a better LB than Miller.
Notebook: As second-oldest #MLS club, #MNUFC must lay groundwork to get younger in upcoming transfer windows; #Loons academy goalie Fred Emmings, of St. Paul, receives shot at Luxembourg's U16 team; Jan Gregus' damaging shot; Werder Bremen visits Minn. https://t.co/29Fp9coznr— Andy Greder (@andygreder) May 2, 2019
Just saw that he is available for selection. Question is, do you risk it, or maybe have him come off the bench if you need him? Report from @MNUFC training Thursday, where star Darwin Quintero has been declared available to play Saturday against Ozzie Alonso's former Seattle team. Lots of other stuff, too.https://t.co/TBVqV28MBf— Jerry Zgoda (@JerryZgoda) May 2, 2019
That's a nice option off the bench. Run out Molino for 60-65 minutes, then bring on Darwin if needed.
Um...ok #MNUFC has acquired some GAM in exchange for some TAM from the @LAGalaxy Because why not? Read » https://t.co/vNOHdMaz59 pic.twitter.com/4s2abkDsJV— Minnesota United FC (@MNUFC) May 2, 2019
Wow.. thought it was going to happen later this summer, but I think it may have got a bit ugly in the locker room
Depending on how much of the 400K is from Chicago is TAM, when you pair that with the TAM picked up from Galaxy...me thinks a transfer is afoot, Watson.
$100,000 in GAM and $50,000 in TAM in 2019; $100,000 in GAM and $150,000 in TAM in 2020. Also up to $125k more in TAM if he hits performance incentives. The end of an era for #MNUFC. Meanwhile, #cf97 get a massive upgrade at either LB or LCB in a back-three. https://t.co/2DFAqeiSE1— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) May 3, 2019
