Third place: MatchTracker shows lineups. CONCACAF's GameCast still doesn't.

USA (B. J. Snow): Hess for Rood, Hedge for Redei. Update: Otto for Morse.
19 Anika Rodriguez, 17 Mallory Pugh, 8 Kelcie Hedge
3 Madison Haley, 4 Marley Canales, 2 Dorian Bailey
12 Tegan McGrady, 13 Taylor Otto, 6 Natalie Jacobs, 10(c) Ellie Jean
    18 Kat(herine) Hess

Jamaica (Vin Blaine): Same 11 as vs Mexico and Canada, but they move around.
    9 Asia Lee-Fatt, 19 Robyn-Anne Whittaker, 10 Felicia Davidson
21 Jessica Johnson, 12 Jorja Hughes, 11(c) Khadija Shaw
14 Deneisha Blackwood, 5 Konya Plummer, 4 Cachet Lue, 2 Sashine Smith
    13 Shanay Ricketts

Guessing on L/R until the pre-match graphics.
Fox Soccer 2Go stream shows a test pattern with a high-pitched whine.

CONCACAF GameCast says #13 Taylor Otto instead of #9 Morse.

FS2Go stream still showing a test pattern. They missed the kick-off :cautious:

    03' 1-0 #13 Taylor Otto, so she's in the line-up :p. CONCACAF shows a shot from 6-center, which suggests a ck header.

    12' 2-0 #3 Madison Haley

18' 2-0 #2 Sashine Smith fouls Haley on a breakaway. Yellow card, huddle, DOGSO, upgraded to a straight red.

    21' 3-0 #17 Mallory Pugh, pk

22' 4-0 #8 Kelsie Hedge dribbles 1-v-1 through box top arc right, down to 7m 6-right. Backheel eludes the defender, Pugh trails at 9m right post and passes ball into back left low.

    28' FS2Go stream is working now ...

32' 4-0 Pugh(?) out-turns 1 at circle top centerline, sends #19 A.Rodriguez through box top center. Ball rolls too far, Ricketts gathers above her 6.

34' 4-0 Jamaica hoof upfield, over everybody to Hess.

35' 4-0 USA right corner, cleared to box top. #4 Canales shoots from box top arc right, off crossbar hard.

40' 5-0 USA right corner, to 6m center. #3 Haley outjumps 1 and heads it off the crossbar, pops up high and drops to 4m center. #13 Otto jumps and lobs it into the right side netting, over Ricketts's stretch and dropping just behind the post.

42' 5-0 USA intercepts at 30m center, through-ball sends Pugh breaking into box. She goes to 6-top left post, shoots -- off the post? Pugh collects, comes out through box left.

43' 5-0 USA probe the perimeter, cross/shot smothered by Ricketts, with a slight bobble.

CONCACAF web page lists USA-JAM, but stream clock says JAM-USA.

44' 5-0 A.Rodriguez dribbles down box right, turns corner into 6-right foot. Crosses to Hedge standing at 5m left post. Hedge shanks a volley over the crossbar. Color commentator: go for the diving header, make good contact --

45+1' (of +2') 5-0 #3 Haley receives facing away at box top arc left. Good spin plays herself into box, but she shoots high into Ricketts' face.

45+2' (of +2') 5-0 USA send LB #12 McGrady cutting inward through box top mid-left. She shoots low toward right post, Ricketts falls on it.

    HT 5-0.

Jamaica getting hammered is doing nothing to improve my mood. If it had been a good match I could have said Mexico was in the tougher group. Now it looks like Mexico is prolly going to WWC with one win while the US takes it's 4-0-1 record home with them.

Jamaica relies on the same core of ~10 players, who have played in all five matches.
They ran out of gas vs. Canada, and they're even flatter today.

Plus (or hence?) a red card.

51' 5-0 USA probing Jamaica's 1/2, exerting a constant pressure on Jamaica's goal. The pace seems to have dropped a bit.

53' 6-0 Pugh runs through box top arc right as a perfect through-ball comes from behind her. She touches wide to 6-top right, pulls Ricketts out and down to all fours. Pugh, facing left, taps square across 6-top to 1/4 left. #3 Haley trails behind Jamaica's scrambled defense, taps into left back low.

    54' 6-0 USA subs in (1 of 3) #11 Civana Kuhlmann (14 yrs!) for #19 Anika Rodriguez.

    57' 6-0 USA subs in (2 of 3) #25 Francesca Tagliaferri (14 yrs!) for #3 Madison Haley.

57' 6-0 USA cyclone in Jamaica's box, shot blocked wide right but stays in. Kuhlmann retrieves it, restarts cyclone. Finally a cross from 6-left, Kuhlmann stumbles and volleys wide.

59' 6-0 Canales retrieves a ball at circle back, fouled. Off the fk, Pugh slips a diagonal pass to Kuhlmann at box top arc left, but offside.

61' 6-0 McGrady offside. Ricketts takes the fk from near her own spot -- right to #2 Bailey at 27m. USA win a corner.

62' 6-0 USA right corner, short. Pugh feeds LB McGrady way up at 13m mid-right. She shoots near post low, curls wide right into the side netting.

64' 6-0 USA collect the gk and advance to box top right, backpass and switch left. Down to 2m mid-left, cross blocked over.

65' 6-0 USA left corner, cleared but USA settle and backpass through box top. Kuhlmann turns at 20m box right, curls a perfect fast pass behind Jamaica's high line to bounce near the spot. #? is maybe passive-offside at 14m left post, but Tagliaferri, running from box top, looks onside. She meets ball, shoots under/through Ricketts' low hand, ball deflects and trickles across goal line just inside right post. Offside?! Mercy call ...

68' 6-0 Ricketts stays down with left cramp. Trainers stretch her out. She tries to resume, sits down and needs more treatment. Finally back up. That consumed 3'.

69' 6-0 Ricketts doesn't take Jamaica's gk. It goes right to USA at center circle back left. Jamaica keeps losing their own restarts.

70' 6-0 USA probe down wide left. Jamaica clear a ball at box top mid-left, but right back to USA. USA down wide left, Jamaica cede a throw-in. pbp discuss Snow and being eliminated w/o a loss: "is there a need for an inquest?"

Yeah, I forgot...extra time is excessive with the 17s but 5 matches in 10 days is ok with the medical committee.

71' 6-0 Pugh takes ball through box left post to 4m mid-left, crosses to 6-top center. Kuhlmann and Tagliaferri are both there, Kuhlmann lifts her volley-shot way over the bar. Ricketts goes down with a right leg cramp.

71' 6-0 Jamaica subs in (3 of 3) #16 Cheyenne Wakeland-Hart for #19 Robyn-Anne Whittaker ... while their trainers are out stretching Ricketts' other leg. She'll have to continue regardless.

75' 6-0 USA ping from midfield forward. Jamaica are either better at preventing through-balls, or USA are less urgent.

76' 6-0 USA switch from left to #10(c) Jean at 22m mid-right. She dribbles centerward, outflicks a pass through box top to 15m center. A young'un flicks it, Ricketts saves.

    77' 6-0 USA subs in (3 of 3) #5 Gabriella Carreiro for# 17 Mallory Pugh.

78' 6-0 Carreiro promptly sprints down box left, stumbles under a shoulder-challenge but reaches left leg forward and gets a cross to 6-top 1/3 left. Hedge(?) tries to low-volley, point-blank into Ricketts' lat abdominals.

80' 6-0 USA ping across the back. Long into box top right, Jean takes it into box, Jamaica poke it over.

81' 6-0 USA right corner, short to LB(!) McGrady. She dribbles through box left, shoots wide right low.

82' 6-0 Carreiro jukes #5 Konya Plummer at box top wide left, gets past her through 6m box left, but loses it over.

83' 6-0 USA win the gk (hmm), keep ball in Jamaica's box. Hedge chases a deflection down to 4m mid-left, dribbles centerward and Jamaica slide-poke it over.

84' 7-0 USA left corner, short. #4 Marley Canales settles ball at 14m mid-left, blasts right instep hard low across the mouth. Ricketts dives left and blocks ball across the line, off right post low and in.

86' 7-0 USA right throw-in at 5. The thrower runs endline and receives the and-go pass, cross cleared out. Kuhlmann receives it at 21m box right, gets flattened by an onrushing defender.

87' 7-0 USA fk, nothing. USA keep ball in Jamaica's box, finally lose it over.
88' 7-0 A Jamaica defender (not Ricketts) blasts the gk over USA's back line. Backpass gives Hess a touch.

89' 7-0 Hedge sends Tagliaferri down wide left, cross cleared poorly. Hedge regathers, USA ping between the arcs (of center circle and box top).

90' 8-0 USA spray ball wide to RB Jean outflanking Jamaica at box top wide right. Jean races through 7m box right to 4m mid-right, pulls a cross back to 6m right post. #11 Kuhlmann, coming across, lifts right instep and volleys across the mouth into left back low. +6'.

90+5' (of +6') 8-0 USA ping across midfield, content to just pass. Finally roll a ball down wide left for Carreiro to cross, Jamaica clear. USA resume passing ...

90+6' (of +6') 8-0 ... thread a pass through box top mid-left to Hedge, who shoots into Ricketts' basket at near post.

FT 8-0. FS2Go color commentator was Leslie Osborne!

    Championship: [MEX-CAN]

22' 0-0 #8 Jessie Fleming rolls a through-ball to 7m left post for #11 Mètivier, but Alvarado comes out and picks it up just in time.

23' 0-0 Turnover in midfield, Mexico quickly chip over the back line but offside. Canada send the restart long to Alvaredo.

24' 0-0 Canada throw-in at circle top right touch. They ping hastily to box top right, Mexico blast it over midfield and chase it to left touch as Canada backpass to Foster. This organized Mexican defense looks familiar -- they might steal this game too :D

25' 0-0 Canada two right throw-ins, they roam freely to 25m and lose ball on Mexico's logjam.
27' 0-0 Canada left throw-in. More of the same, Canada lose into touch.

28' 0-0 Mexico press 2-v-3 just above circle top, Canada clear. Mexico have 5 players across midfield (barely), cause a bad ping and chase to 25m arc left. Canada backpasses and clears. Mexico flow forward, now they look like they're in a standard box-top siege. Canada lose ball into touch.

29' 0-0 Mexico right throw-in at 30m. Duel across the width of the field, into touch.

30' 0-0 Canada left throw-in behind midfield. Mexico pull 8 behind the halfway line, let the two front-runners harass.

30' 0-0 #20 Jaquelina Garcia chases a high-bouncing ball over her shoulder into box top right, flicks ball diagonally outward and chases it down to box right foot. Defender fouls her with a chest-to-back bump just outside the box.

31' 0-0 Mexico free kick from 4m just outside box right ... curled poorly out through box top left, misses everybody.

33' 0-0 Canada left throw-in at box top. Long switch through box goes wide to 5m mid-right, Levasseur chases it down and dribbles back. Chip cross from above box top right, sails to Alvarado on 6-top.

34' 0-0 Mexico win ball at circle top box right, quick forward pass try intercepted. Canada hoof long up centerline, drops perfectly for #7 Levasseur splitting the line at box top. She chases down to 6-top left, one-time hard low shot saved by Alvarado. Big rebound out to 8m right post, #8 Fleming shoots into a scrum at 5m center. Ball deflects wide right, Mexico poke it out. Canada puts it over endline trying to catch up to it.

37' 0-0 Mexico flow up centerline, backpass for control. Go forth again and lose it. Canada plays quickly up mid-right to centerline, Mexico punts it upfield. They exchange uncontrolled clearance volleys. Mexico lose it into right touch at midfield.

38' 0-0 Mexico subs in (1 of 3) MF #7 Aylin Villalobos for CF #10 Betzy Cuevas.

39' 0-0 Canada passes to box top arc right into a 1-v-1, Mexico's defender takes it away. Mexico hoofs long, gets a good bounce into a 2-v-1 running to box arc top. Foster comes way up to 15m arc (her) left and falls on ball.

    40' 0-0 Canada subs in (1 of 3) #19 Jessica Lisi for #11 Marie-Mychèle Mètivier.
