Paying that amount of money, even for someone like Beckham, is outragous. Everyone saw how poor he was at the World Cup. Im not doubting that he will be a great signing, but if you really cared about the football you play, surely all of that money should mean nothing, which is not the indication you US are getting from him IMO.
