That roar from the Arlington crowd when Dempsey scored on that terrific free kick was amazing sight n sound combined. It made up for the absolute soulless vibe that Jerry World Stadium has for hosting an important association football match. Those dug out, side line suites and end zone seating 40 yards from goal just are not what makes a good soccer setting. Folks need to be up close and by the field.
