The 7 winners will advance to Round 2: Anguilla, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Montserrat, Nicaragua, St. Kitts and Nevis, Turks and Caicos, U.S. Virgin Islands Round 2 June 8-16, 2015 The 7 winners from round 1 will join these 13 teams in another head-to-head knockout round. The 10 winners will advance to Round 3: Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Canada, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname Round 3 Aug. 31-Sept.8, 2015 Those 10 winners will join these 2 teams for one more head-to-head knockout. The 6 winners will advance to the Round 4: Haiti, Jamaica Round 4 Nov. 7, 2015-Sept. 6, 2016 The 6 winners from Round 3 will join the six highest seeds in this round. This will be a group stage with 3 groups of 4 teams each. The top 2 from each group will advance to the Hex starting in late 2016: Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, United States The draw for Round 1 will be January 15.
Other Confederations starting soon: Asia - qualification starts March 12-17, 2015 with 6 knockout series between the lowest 12 ranked teams. Those 6 winners join the top 34 teams for a group stage running June, 2015 to March, 2016. The top 12 teams will advance to the final group stage after that. Oceania - the lowest ranked teams (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Samoa, and Tonga) will play a round-robin tournament in August, 2015 at a single site. The winner will join the 7 seeded teams for a group stage running October, 2015 to June, 2016. The top four will advance to the final round in late 2016.

I actually looked up Nepal and they have around 27 million, half are men, half of that probably playing age somewhat....they should be able to hold their own I reckon'. However, India can pull from a male population of 600 million males. ZOINKS!
