For me its: Eminem- Lose Yourself or The Killers- Mr Brightside If you don't listen to music to get yourself ready. I'm not saying it really works but you could be surprised with it. (sorry if you guys think this a lame thread but i thought of it and i thought that it would be good to share the ideas and choices)

I do on the bus trip whilst thinking about my game. but once we're off the bus then the music goes away because i dont think my coach would like it and also i think you should be with yer team mates to talk with them get the team bonding going before the game i guess. anyway. I listen to happy hardcore and swedish house. I use it when i train on my own as well. that gets me going. sometimes some form of metal might get me really pumped. I remember when i was doing long jump for my school and i kept listening to Biohazard - Wrong Side Of The Tracks. that got me going pretty hard.
