True I wasn't meaning to be ageist, There are good reasons why Mueller is 74 - a veteran of DC I guess for a team heading up your defence, the figure head guy could be that old - but i think your hard charging advocates need to be a lot younger back home you are washed up in your 50s
If I'm 74, healthy and financially well off, I'd pick up some wholesome hobbies like fishing or hiking, do charity work a couple of times per week, travel a little, spend time with family and friends, walk the dogs often and read many good books. I would not be making a fool of myself on cable news TV every night.
Biggest problem for Rudy is that he's basically been retired for 15 years. What has he done other than run for President and serve as a Fox News sometimes talking head?
So....it turns out that Team Mueller's response to Buzzfeed was not random. Team Trump asked Mueller to make the statement. Which IMO explains the strange wording. Team Mueller felt like it had to put out something to placate Team Trump, but at the same time they didn't want to lie. So we got that weird, cramped, ambiguous wording.

So why would Mueller care about placating Trump? Really, if the basic gist of it was pretty accurate, save for a few details, who cares? Other than the earlier theory (which makes more sense to me) of Mueller not wanting too much to get out before he finished investigating.
