Keeps that group somewhat open after ATM only eeked out a scoreless draw in the early matinee game in deep Azerbaijan. Chelsea 7, Roma 5, ATM 2. But so far Atletico are going down to Europa with Dortmund.

Neymar keeps playing like he wants to make a highlight reel almost every moment . In turn he loses a lot of balls. I wonder if they will play like that against better teams . I know for Brazil he won't . PSG defense also gets exposed a lot.

I'd be happy with Atletico in Europa League. They're only good in UCL when they face us. Then they crap their pants against LPB.
I'd rather have another team go into the next round.

The best tactic against atletico is to give them the ball and see them fumble around. We cannot do that because we don't play like that

They don't know what to do without space. They only know how to counter. That's how the team is set. They will always be our most formidable rival

Neymar went to psg so that he can do whatever he wants. In Brazil they play on the counter and he doesn't have midfield teammates to pass around and do tricks

Brazil plays on the counter ? Negative. We don't have a midfield ? How long has it been since you've watched us play ? The coach for the most part is keeping Neymar from trying to do too much.

La Liga teams stumbling along in Europe this season. Only Real Sociedad look set for the knockout stage outside the 2 giants. Villarreal and Sevilla will probably eventually get through, but they're struggling more than one might expect.

Yeah, Bilbao and Villarreal struggling in Europa; Sevilla and Atletico struggling in CL, but if the latter two drop from CL it will likely be as 3rd placed sides ready to do real damage in Europa.

I hope ATM crash out of CL but that the remaining teams stay in Europe so they cannot get more rest than Barca for the La Liga games.

Has anyone been suspended two matches for diving yet under the new EPL rule? Bernardo Silva might be the first. #learntfromronaldo

Valencia is on fire! Glad we didn't have to play them during the first part of this season.

Sevilla have lost 3 times, outscored 9-1 in the last week! :speechless:

    Edit: make that 10-1. Yikes!

Coutinho must be so happy to have stayed in the Liverpool project!

Logically this should make it more likely and easy to get Coutinho in January. Normally it would even be a reason for Coutinho's price to drop, but wouldn't hold your breath on that. Barca is everyone's bitch on the transfer market, regardless of the situation.

If they didn't sell him in the summer I don't see why they would sell him in the winter . Plus, Barca needs a striker more right now.

Yeah! It'd be very strange to me if this happens. I want to see two signings this January, one striker and a either a central defender or a creative midfielder.

Sell Arda, Shitmes! I'd keep Rafinha incase a midfielder isn't brought in, otherwise sell Rafinha too.

If Eibar isn't bribed I'd be very surprised!
