I realize the U.S is playing poorly, but any credit to Canada for playing well? I thought the U.S has been pretty dismissive of the region lately, considering they didn't make the last World Cup. There's no reason Canada can't compete with the U.S every game. There's been no reason for a long time.
I watched the full 90. It was worse than I imagined. Mountains and mountains of badness. Most players rated about a 2 out of 10. The thing is, Canada played relatively poorly too - or average perhaps. They should have scored at least four.
Yeah, I agree. I mean, the US had basically nothing offensively, but it's not like Canada was peppering our net either. That was a terrible game all around, and we were just a little worse.
I'm so, so happy right now. Canada were easily the better side that game. They should get more confident with age as well. Because of our youth, we're going to be a team to reckon with in CONCACAF over the next few years. Speaking of youth, the US really needs to just throw them out there. Wouldn't hurt.
Regarding SRFC .... Exclusive: Sacramento expected to be announced as 29th Major League Soccer team Monday
I heard the second one of those recently. Before that, I just knew "Don't You Want Me," which gets played by far the most now, and "Human," which was in a Liberty Mutual commercial about people being human and making mistakes. Mexico, USA, and Canada are the only teams in North America. Central America has 7. The Caribbean has 25 members of FIFA and 6 others. Before I started watching, I accidentally read in the second half that USA was losing, so I only watched a little
Hmm, I didn't realize central American and Caribbean were continents. North America actually encompasses central America and Caribbean. Those are sub regions of North America. So all of those countries are in North America.
