Team created. I was thinking of going with "Jonesin' for a Nguyen" this year, but thought the Nguyen thing was overdone, so I went with CaldwellThatEndsWell.

We did a head-to-head league here last year, with 20 teams. Let me know if you are interesting in doing that again. I can adjust the size of the league according to interest.

Looks like they adjusted a few things. The way player price changes seems much more interesting. Haven't really though through how it will play out over the course of a year though.

They fixed the captain/automatic substitution issues as well.

I just registered a team, for the first time ever. I have no idea if my interest can be sustained over an entire season, or if it'll be gone by week three, but we'll see.

I'd like to defend my crown as Revs BigSoccer fantasy champ.

The biggest rule change (IMHO) is not getting talked about much: the elimination of the sell-on fee.

To me, this is huge. Many times I've been frustrated trying to replace a player at $X with another player at the same price, only to find that I got less than $X when dropping him because of the sell on fee. Not any more!

I have a team setup this year, can I get the code to join the BS Revs league?

I've been waiting to see how much interest there is to determine the number of teams. Not much it seems, so I'll stick with 20 teams like last year.

I will create the league tonight and post the code here.

Created my team last night, looking forward to another year (whenever it may begin) of MLS fantasy.

As promised, "BigSoccer Revs" is back for season two.

I set it to "unlimited" participants, so whoever joins before week 1 is in.

Code to join this league: 3650-2899

Is there any way to see what players are on another person's team? Because half the fun here is laughing at the other person's choices.

Once the rosters lock for the week, you can view everyone else's choices.

Supposedly there is a new feature this year that will allow you to view head-to-head matchups during the weekend with realtime scoring updates.

CBA reached, MLS season is on!

Ok, only 5 teams so far. You've got 48 hours to join!

In case you weren't aware, the MLS season starts tonight! ;)

That means you have less than twelve hours to join the BigSoccer Revs head-to-head league on

At last check this morning, we were up to 11 teams. I'd like to see at least 20!

I'm even considering a Cup-style tournament this year, like we used to do in MFLS.

Speaking of MFLS, is that done?

It's still out there. I just decided that I didn't want to run two teams this year, so I dropped MFLS. I wasn't easy, I've played MFLS since 2002.

    BigSoccer Revs auto-join link: JOIN

Should work, but I can't test it to be sure.

BigSoccer Revs head-to-head division closed with 12 teams.

Still tossing around some ideas for a tournament. Details to follow.

One more thing: the tournament will NOT be limited to the 12 teams in BSR. Since we are already playing head-to-head, a divisional tournament would be a bit redundant.

Not happy with my team, so after only two weeks, I used my wildcard and flipped 8 players. Never used the wild card before in any season.

I did it after week one! And it actually made quite a difference in my fortunes. (My daughter is still leaps and bounds ahead of me, though.)
