What do you mean? Plenty of tickets just on Stubhub, and there are dozens of these types of sites now.
Usually the Red Bulls are given 1,000 seats and they are given some sections in the top deck. They've not been filling their allocation. There's just a nasty atmosphere on match day when the two teams meet.
Only 2 regular season matchups this year. Could change with expansion/rebalancing of divisions instead of conferences though.
In 2011 the galaxy front office released a statement that they have enough ticket demand to sell out the Rose Bowl.
28,989 in NYCFC...I believe that's the smallest NY Derby to date. this is the first game below 30k. Games in NYRB all sold out, except this years game 20,128. Edit: It was the smallest crowd, 30,027 in 2018. 48,047 in 2015 37,858 in 2016 33,613 in 2016 33,697 in 2017 30,027 in 2018 30,139 in 2018 28,989 in 2019
It's the fullest I have seen YS, but hey this is not the thread to talk about that, Offcicial #s vs #s looks weird though, this was a very hyped match
I was only talking about the MLS cup final. Regular season at the rose bowl would be an under 20k average.
I was just responding to a posters question. He said that LA had the demand to sell out the Rose Bowl, meaning he thinks that they could fill the Rose Bowl. If true they would be stupid not to play in the Rose Bowl. Yes I know it's crazy to think they could fill the Rose Bowl every game. He later said he meant if LA played in MLS CUP, still probably wouldn't happen (70-75k yes)
