Credit the FO for moving the team from Austin to Orlando with the idea of getting an MLS franchise. Didn't think that would happen but here we are... Congrats to the Orlando Fans and Ownership!

Big congratulations to you and your fellow Lions fans, Rays. Your ownership stepped up and did everything necessary to get the job done. Way back in the beginning I was skeptical of the guy that ditched a growing Austin fanbase for Steve Donner and Mickey Town. But he did the work and got the reward. We need to get a three way preseason tourney going for us and Tampa!

Here's another trivial, but not-so-trivial, milemarker along the way: The thing is, I've been buying things from worldsoccershop.com for more than ten years. And now our city has an MLS team on that site. When you've seen it happen from way back before the beginning, little things like this are a blast. Heck, best of all, I guess, is very soon we'll be able to just mosey on in to the Team Store at the stadium instead of having to make online purchases.
