Thanks for the bumps. Definitely died out, unfortunately. Perhaps I'll try again after the season, and make some adjustments.
Got an email from kickstarter last night which said the kickstarter campaign has been cancelled for failure to meet its' goals. Disappointed. Still want to read the book. Hope this isn't the end of Miki's plans to write the book
