Terrible day at the office for 'Udders.

At home against Crystal Palace, they lost 2-0 and are right back in the relegation struggle with, for example, Palace only one point behind. Squeaky bum time coming in West Yorkshire

Danny is out for the season, but this Hudd vs Watford match is very good. Good team passing, team movement, team defense.

Getting 3 points today was massive

So were the results around them which, yet again, went their way. The most notable was Southampton going 2-1 up against Chelski at home, only to concede a late brace, they'e in real trouble now: five points behind Swansea and seven behind Huddersfield. Even Crystal Palace winning was good on balance; while it brought them to only one point behind the Terriers, it also lets the Terriers draw level with Brighton on points.

With only four games to go, the bottom three (West Brom, Stokeand Southampton) are starting to take on a permanent look.

More interestingly, their next game was to supposed to be against Chelski, but it's been rescheduled to Wednesday May 9th, so their next league game is on the 28th, at home against Everton. That's a good long break to get everyone fit and practice all your routines, while the bottom three all play their game in hand. And if the other strugglers' results continue to go their way next Saturday, they could be taking the pitch knowing that 3 points would make them safe, maybe even mathematically.

Mancity away. Chelsea away. Arsenal in Arsene final Match.

What a final three game gauntlet. Wagner should be coach of the year after Klopp. The win over ManU looms large.

Hudd need a single point in the next two matches. Chelsea hunting for 4th place and Arsene send off. OK!

Huge goal for Huddersfield (Depoitre) in their survival hopes. 1-0 in the 51st minute.

    In luv with the hudd.

if you check back about 20 pages you have me arguing that Hudd would survive vs. all those who said they would be relegated.

Break the bank USSF. If you think any coach on the Stone list can even get a team out of the championship you're befuddled. Poor Bob didn't last more than 6 weeks.

Will Williams be back next season?

How much squad rotation will likely be in line for Huddersfield for next year?

They need faster fullbacks. quicker, smarter, more creative midfielders, and they need a proven goal scorer. Williams doesn't move the ball fast enough out of the dmid position into attacking areas. He does however, lock down the middle of the pitch, which when you are lacking speed at fullback, creative midfielders and proven scorers, is pretty darn useful.

May end up at 17 with a Saints win vs City, but hey! Shoooot. they can still go and beat Arsenal too though.

    Yes, in 1990.

The truth is the 3-5-2 old school German sides are still some of my favorites for how methodically simple and unstoppable they were.

This just in: The Romans also defeated Carthage!

If Hudd keep Wagner, Steve Nicol can suck on a bag of bricks, they will finish midtable.

those ESPN guys only care about the top 6 teams, every other club they always bash or put down.

but for sure they need reinforcements next season.

As a proud follower of US players, we only understand and care about the drama of the relegation struggle. Other than Liverpool because of Klopp the top 6 teams are morose and uncharismatic drones.

Exactly. How can anyone predict next season's relegation clubs when we don't know anything about the incomings and outgoings at any of the clubs yet. I mean the odds of Huddersfield staying up, depends alot upon whether Wagner stays or goes, and Nicol knows nothing about that.
