Wenger for Ayuk in 89th - likely for help on set piece defense and fresh legs to chase balls down. Still have another sub to use.

Wow, three minutes of stoppage time is reasonable.

If I were there I'd give Casey a kiss on that beautiful bald head of his.

2-1 win for the Union, Casey is Man of the Match. A reasonable job closing out the game for a change.

    Damn, that was deserved.
Today I learned an in-form MLS team is still first and foremost an MLS team.

    Solid.

Besides a bunch of missed penalty calls i can't find much to complain about this time.

Wow. The Union went west and were the better team on the field. Who knew this would be possible after Chivas folded?

It was nice to see us win despite poor reffing for once instead of losing and whining.

I love Conor Casey. I'd give anything to turn back the clock 10 years on him. His footwork, size, strength, and intelligence puts Nando to shame. Speaking of which, I imagine Nando won't be brought back.

Finally, those SJ announcers were the worst. Apparently, Lahoud was playing three positions, and Marquez played both CB spots. An embarrasing performance for two guys paid to know the players on the field. Their analysis sucked too.

107 games, 4 assists. First really solid game from him since the Williams trade.
