So is the Supporters Shield title distributed when we clinch or do we have to wait for the last game of the season?

Not sure how it's done in MLS, but in Europe it's given when clinched.

We now need 10 points from our last 6 games to clinch the shield. Less if NYCFC drops points.

Don't want to be "that guy" but getting excited about clinching a playoff spot is the kind of thing you get excited about when you've missed it for several seasons, not when you're actually looking to win the whole league.

So we should ignore clinching? Ignore clinching with 6 games left? Ignore bring the first team in league to clinch?

Playoffs are clearly not the goal.....but the timing of the clinching here should be acknowledged (maybe even celebrated) because it is a symbol of just how good a regular season this team is having!

OK fine, but clinching the playoffs is to me more like a "noted" than a celebration.

906654862338818048 is not a valid tweet id

The final tally was 827 passes. I remember when it would take several games for TFC games to pass the ball 827 times.
