I sincerely don't give a rat's ass about Manchester City, all I want is Marlos to get the chance to be the best football player he can be to help the national team. City are a crap team that only buy players because they have the money to do it.

I hope he goes to Italy or Portugal, but something tells me that City wants him to stay in Spain to try to get a EU passport, even if he doesn't reach the "potential" to be a City player, it will be easier for them to sell him if he has the EU nationality.

I so hope he stays in Spain...

Actually I think that he would be a perfect fit as a winger or extremo at Atlético Madrid... Or if he could go to Sevilla that would be great.. I agree with the best move for everyone would be ro stay in Spain and maybe one day not count as a non EU player.

But Porto would also be good..

I really, really, really hope that he'll return his Nacional form. It'll be very disappoint to lose a talented player like Marlos. I don't want him to end in Colombia or Mexico. This guy belongs to European leagues and now it's his time to prove it.

Marlos played the full match yesterday in a friendly for Girona.
Had a couple nice plays. One was a goal but was called back for offside.
The other was a beautiful pass to a teammate who should have tapped it in, but instead hit it wide.

I watched this match the other day. You can see he started well, and then his last 4 or 5 touches he ends up losing the ball by over dribbling.

The kid has gotta start playing more simply and carefully if he wants to get on the pitch.

I mean, if he doesn't care about his appearance then that's one potential distraction from futbol outta the way...

While we're on the topic, I do notice that he's put on quite a bit of muscle in the past few months.

2 goles de Marlos hoy en un amistoso de Girona contra Montpellier. Su equipo gana 3-2. Ojalá esto le de confianza y la empiece a romper de nuevo.

IF he starts playing official games. I wouldn't trust a wing on a guy Who is unable to Play in the local League.

Yea wonder if he got a big head or it really has been that big of a struggle getting use to Spain.

I refuse to believe he has more pressure playing for fking Gijon and the other crap team he played for last year then Nacional who he won a international cup for

Nope.

Levante gana 0-2.
