El nuevo tecnico de Depor, Pepe Mel, ante la falta de jugadores disponibles, ha probado a Marlos en los ultimos entrenamientos como titular. Esta es probablemente la ultima oportunidad que tiene esta temporada para ganarse la confianza del DT. Este prestamo fue una real cagada, 1 año perdido prácticamente. Ojala la próxima tenga mas suerte y el equipo al que llegue tenga mas posibilidades de jugar. Tiene que luchar por un puesto e intentar adaptarse. Lo mejor seria que cogiera para Portugal u Holanda.
Ended up 0-3. The team looks horrendous so it is hard to judge how he did. Had a couple of dangerous crosses and runs straight at the defense but he looks like a guy who has not played in a while.
Yeah he's in limbo not getting playing time. He's likely going to request a loan at a team that is going to give more promising playing time.
He played yesterday against Granada 75 minutes. He had a couple of good plays and helped a lot on defense. The team is simply crap and makes him look even worse than he is. He need to be more calm and try to get assists, he is trying to shoot a lot and that isn't his main asset.
Quality of those leagues aren't great. Problem is he is in a shit team in a good league. Not the same thing as playing in the best team in South America to going to a bottom feeder club. Also he had a big price tag. Sending him to another team can hurt that unless they put him in a offer for some Porto or Benfica player. I don't see him going to Portugal they want to get a player cheap... groom him then make bank
Y se le acabó el partido a Marlos. Jugó 60 minutos y no tuvo mucha participación en el juego. Una lastima, Marlos necesita ser mas constante, 2 chispazos por partido no le van a llevar muy lejos.

Acabó la temporada y no fue nada buena para marlos. Sin embargo en los últimos minutos que le han dado lo he visto muy bien físicamente, ya no es un chiquillo delgadito, en estos momentos me recuerda a los jugadores africanos, está muy rápido y fuerte. Puede que la cesión haya sido un fracaso en cuanto a fútbol, pero estoy seguro de que la próxima temporada lo hará mucho mejor.

Por que esa costumbre? Hace unos dias se dijo desde el Palmeiras (el tecnico o el capitán) que a Borja habia que darle tiempo y que en Brasil la gente es muy impaciente, que recordaran que a los brasileros siempre les cuesta adaptarse al futbol europeo y cito como excepción que confirmaba la regla a Gabriel Jesus. Entonces, si a los brasileros que vienen mejor formados cuando llegan a profesional les cuesta la adaptación a Europa, que se puede esperar del jugador colombiano que por regla llega con falencias de formación tactica, fisica e incluso tecnica. Solo dos equipos en Colombia forman a sus jugadores con nivel internacional, Deportivo Cali y Envigado, del resto de equipos es más virtud del jugador que consecuencia de un trabajo de calidad en inferiores. La experiencia nos ha mostrado que el jugador colombiano madura futbolisticamente con 24-26 anos. Los equipo europeos lo saben y por eso se los están llevando más jovenes los terminan de pulir y moldear (en casos hasta formar) para sacarle el jugo unos dos anos más tarde. Calma entonces!
