Manchester City has 6 consecutive games against the newly promoted clubs for 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. I wonder if a club has ever had that schedule considering it requires that none of the newly promoted clubs from the previous season went back down.
Have to play them all at some point so doesn't matter in the grand scheme. But I doubt it has happened before.
