The U23's hammered Everton 4-0 in the mini derby today to complete a successful Saturday for the Reds. Goals from Kane, Whelan,Brewster and Dhanda.
I watched some of the U18's last night- terrible conditions for football, and we almost won with only 10 men for 70 odd minutes. Fergie time goal to the Manure to get a draw. Match Report: http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...ool-manchester-united-steven-gerrard-14016137

The void will never be filled completely but the addiction continues and must be satisfied. That is why, despite feeling he has aged considerably during six months in charge of Liverpool Under-18s, nothing has doused his ambition to descend into “the madness” of top-level management.

Liverpool forward Rhian Brewster was taken to hospital after suffering an ankle injury during an Under-23 match at Manchester City on Friday. Brewster, 17, was carried off on a stretcher having landed awkwardly after challenging for a header in first-half stoppage time as the Reds lost 3-2. He won the golden boot in England's Under-17 World Cup win in October but is yet to make his senior debut. "We fear the worst a little bit at the moment," manager Neil Critchley said. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/42671734

Lallana got a straight red for the U21s tonight. Those don't carry over to first team matches do they?
That's violent conduct . I'd be really surprised if Lallana doesn't pick up a 3 game ban for that. He was playing against kids, he should know better.
That’s really poor from Lallana, and totally out of character. Supposedly he will not receive a ban from first team action. His ban only applies to the U23’s.
