Little known benefit of CL qualification - our youths can compete in the Uefa U19 CL. Really good experience.

What Ben Woodburn did to Sevilla’s youth team last night… http://www.empireofthekop.com/2017/09/14/what-ben-woodburn-did-to-sevillas-youth-team-last-night/
He was that good. Our lads much better than theirs. But they buy their team cheap from South America rather than develop them
The Academy sides were both in action today. Gerrard's U18's beat Everton 3-1 in the mini derby Jones 2 Comacho 1. The U23's beat Spurs 4-2.... Wilson 3 , Brewster 1. Interesting stats re Harry Wilson From the left-wing, since last season: 43 games 34 goals 17 assists
I just don't understand - Wilson will be a star somewhere. I get that he is slight right now but he's amazing.
I think he's too good for U23 football . He is just coming back off an Achilles injury which messed up his preseason . Still only 20 I can see him getting loaned somewhere and next season making a real run at the first team.
Young Jones is 16 and an amazing talent in attacking midfield. Not to doom the lad but he reminds one physically of Dele-Ali. Or more closely his manager. Stevie has taken him under his wing and raves about him. The lad is from Toxteth and has been at our club since age 6.
