it ended up being a 1-1 draw. Didn't see the game so can't comment on specific events. I'm happy that Lens got the draw. Way to go boys you showed a lot of heart out there against the best club in Germany. Positive result for French soccer.
Oh and by the way while were on the subject of Lens it angered me greatly to read a certain website(which shall remain nameless) refer to Lens as "French minnows". To me the French minnows(a very negative term by the way) are clubs like Troyes,Sochaux,Auxerre,Sedan,Bastia,Ajaccio,Guingamp,Le Harve those are the types of clubs I would consider to be the minnows of France. I would put Lens way ahead of any of those clubs on every level. Not on the level of PSG,Maresille,Lyon,Bordeaux,Nantes but just below. Would a minnow average 38,000 people a game ???
