LEGANES vs REAL MADRID Competition: Copa Del Rey Round of 16 2nd leg Venue: Estadio Municipal de Butarque Squad List: Notes: Bale, Kroos, Asensio, Llorente, Benzema, Vallejo, Mariano, and Courtois are out with injury. Ramos and Modric have been given a rest day. We currently have a 3-0 advantage from the 1st leg. Will Isco finally start? VAMOS MADRID!! A POR LA VIGESIMA!!
I want to see Navas - Reguilon - Nacho - Varane - Odriozola - Casemiro - Valverde - Ceballos - Isco - Lucas - Vinicius.
I would want to see Lucas on the bench, for 90mins. Unless it means that he'll play the next La Liga game, then by all means play him 90mins.
Sigh . Why is he even in this club... Navas Odriozola Nacho Varane Reguilon Brahim Valverde Ceballos Isco Brahim VJ Yes please.
The b.s. with Isco has to end today. We are depleted by injuries and carrying a 3 goal advantage this is the game for full rotations to give players a rest and not risk further injuries. And we are going burn out VJ if we run him into the ground playing him every minute of every game. He's too young to know how to "pace" himself.
both will happen. Isco is a bench player so he'll play the 2nd copa game. LV is a starter so he'll sit this one out and be ready for the "important" games.
Death, taxes..... And Lucas. Would like to see Cristo start. Maybe he'll score and become the next Raul.
Well you could think he is at least trying stuff but that all comes because of the injuries... Once Kroos and Bale are fit we ll see the same dull 11 again. Oh yeah and remind me why Ceballos isnt starting?
He wants the team to be solid in the back to defend the lead, therefore Casemiro and Valverde in. Third choice is Isco who has been sitting on the bench and the media is making trouble because of it. He might gain some form.
I think Marcelo will do well in midfield, especially central. Would have preferred to see Brahim over Lucas. Seriously don't know why he wouldn't start him in such a game.
As bad as Solari is I have to admit he isn’t afraid to try stuff. Marcelo is one the best/intelligent passer in the world despite his position, it’ll be interesting to see how he does in midfield, only seen him there once under Juande Ramos, he was pretty young then though.
