Apparently Grosso wants to make him a key player. And there's also the Asian Games (he would miss the pre-season if he moves to another club).

    At least he's having a decent pre-season.

That's why experiencing WC was so important, even if he didn't play often. You clearly see the difference in confidence and maturity, compared to last season (where he looked nervous and got dispossessed quite often). He is slowly getting used to pro team football tactically and performance-wise, without changing his style. If he can do the same in Serie B, it will be a great example why we need to integrate more talents to our NT in near future (PSH, HCH, LKI...).

Can't believe I will be making an effort to watch serie b matches this season. Hopefully grosso doesn't screw him over

Looks lively. Needs to work more on his finishing though. Team also looks more modern in their style compared to last season as it is a completely different team (almost every starter gone and replaced with new players alongside bunch of other transfers).

Haha didn't know that (didn't bother looking up). Anyway we can expect a very different team, even though we don't know yet if they'll be better/worse and also if Lee will featuer more often or not.

Curious as to why he didn't head that first chance at goal. Seems like the much more obvious choice.

Played 82 minutes in cup match. Verona won 4-1. He didn't score but I don't know if he scored an assist.

Agreed. He's quite average. I think he has got to change his playing style a bit. It's no longer youth level where he was able to just run through everyone. I hope I can see him wreck defenders in the AG though.

Did you watch the actual match or just the ball touch videos? The opposition's quality was suspect. LSW's play was not.

I think he looks great. Developing nicely. Needs to concentrate on working on his end product (final pass, finishing) but the link-up play, willingness to take people on, neat one twos, pass and move, dribble lay-offs plus hustle is very good.

Yeah he's been coming along nicely imo. Plus, we don't really have a player like him that likes to cut in and play quick 1-2s through the center.

Very true. But it doesn't hurt to have more players like them in the pipeline. I can't be the only one tired of seeing the same bs with FB->Wing->FB->CB->Boot to Son/Hwang.
And fingers crossed but Kwon could be done for all we know..

Actually we are blessed with actual and upcoming players that have the qualities to play modern one touch football (Lee Jae Sung, Kwon Chang Hoon, Lee Seung Woo, Paik Seung Ho, Hwang In Beom, Kim Jung Min, Lee Kang In, etc.). We just need to hope to get a manager who is willing to work with them.
