Great to see him look so good in B2. Sad to see Hamburg lose though. Have a soft spot for them for what they did for Son.
LJS was one of the most popular player (currently playing) in South Korea, just imagine now that he moved abroad. I would argue that his fanbase, during his jeonbuk's days, was even bigger than others koreans playing in Europe.
HSV is one of the most Korean-interested teams out there. Even after Son, they had been linked with plenty of our NT players in the past (Park Joo-Ho, Hwang Hee-Chan, Kwon Chang-Hoon, Lee Jae-Sung) and also tried to develop other youngsters (eg Seo from Duisburg), but failed mostly (Kwon Roan, Kim Dong-Soo, etc.). I'm pretty sure we will see another Korean at HSV in near future, unless they switch to Japanese market thanks to Ito.
