Tierney has been paired with Chung-Yong Lee on the left since Chris Eagles was injured and he believes his relationship with the Korean is also improving.

“All over the pitch we are starting to get an understanding of when I am overlapping or when I need to tuck in and let Chungy do his thing,” he told Wanderers’ YouTube channel. “It’s starting to come to fruition.”

Please for the love of god, someone save this man. He is arguably the most naturally skilled KPA right now and hes rotting in the championship. Some team HAS to see his talents and value (both on the pitch and dare I say, marketing to Asia). I really dont care if a team signed him just for marketing purposes bc i think he is that good and he will earn his spot on the squad eventually. He is so damn fun to watch. Frustrating.

For the next 30 or so minutes, Bolton looked completely useless and did nothing resembling constructive play going forward. Over the course of the first half, Wanderers did not test Forest's goalkeeper, Karl Darlow, on a single occasion. Chung-Yong Leedidn't add much to the game, David Wheater looked lost at sea, Medo Kamara & Jay Spearing were misjudging bounces, and Craig Davies wasn't shooting. On top of that, all three of Bolton's central midfielders were booked, which would come back to bite them.

Two points from three games is not good. Wanderers are already two points off of last year's terrible pace at the start of the season. Dougie Freedman has quite a few things to figure out with this team because the match at Forest was nowhere near good enough. Not even close.

LCY should have done all that he could last summer to get out of Bolton. Now he's stuck.

We just have to hope his leg hurts less and less over the next few months. Personal experience, post-leg break pain just sucks.

Bolton's squad was awful on the pitch both times I watched. I'm not sure how much they can actually improve with the personnel that they have. I just want him to get healthy. He can showcase his talents in Brazil with the KNT and angle for a move after the WC.
