I further take it that your post(s) may have been the impetus for this Mod to post: There seems to be a gap of about a day in the half in that thread. I presume the "yellow card worthy" exchange occurred during that now missing time. Too bad I missed it.
Okay, I didn't think one of our mods would ever get their heads up from ball sucking to yellow card you. Some people around Big Soccer can be sensitive pussies. That's why I've forbidden Jiggly from parsing the US National Team, and MLS Continuous PBP forums. We've gotten this far with him, I don't want him to get a juvenile record so close to adulthood. After that his screw-ups will be on him.
Willydonc, please don't insult your ball-sucking mods of the Fire forum in that manner! We'd have to pay attention to issue a card. I've been biting my tongue on it. Bottom line it was in a MLS News & Analysis thread and while I may not agree with the standards there, they have a well-established history of much stricter standards within that area. Within that context, I understand it. Plus, I would have preferred to have Bunge and others continue to plead for cards. Keeps everyone honest.
Truth be told, the mod there was taunting me and I bit the bait. I did it on purpose because a yellow card means more than a ball suck from an MLS News & Analysis mod but if mods are allowed to troll like that then they shouldn't be allowed to give out yellow cards so easily. That or they should go the way of David Carradine.
