I would prob say Pando has to be the worst of all time aside from delivering us a MLS cup which is ironic as all hell get out. The dude is banned for life for fixing matches. you can be a crappy player or a bad coach. But fixing matches, that's simply the worst thing you could ever do.
I would agree in that violence trumps cheating in the physical aspect as well as a disrespectful thing. My point was more so that the price one pays for cheating in sports(fixing or doping) can be like being sentenced to life without parole.
