Any that have graduated past candidates - the point is to go from prospective based on possiblity to confirmed franchises that have a start date.

Only 3 and a half cities have graduated: Atlanta, LAFC, Minnesota with maybe Miami has still waiting to take a summer course to graduate. All the others range from barely breathing to on the cusp. I imagine if you want to separate official MLS announcement might be the best way. Short of that, just move LAFC to candidates cities subforum like the rest of the expansion cities.
