    First goal could be crucial.

    Sergi Roberto is suspended.
Piqué is two bookings away from suspension.

    Upcoming Liga fixtures:
    J36 (H) Real Madrid
    J34 (H) Villarreal
    J37 (A) Levante

    Correct.

And with all the talk of LPB possibly wussying out on paying Barca respect by giving them a pasillo, there's THIS...

That could either be awesome or somewhat anti-climatic, depending on the results of the clasico and the Madrid - Bayern contest. The "Madrid, cabron" chant might reverberate around the stadium for the full 90 minutes if LPB lose to Bayern!

Probably one of the least important home games of the season.

No probability about it. It's definitely the least important home game of the season.
Because it's not being played at Camp Nou.

LOL You know what, it's the damn smart keyboards. I've written that line so many times it just goes by itself. But it's the least important home game of the season for Depor. [emoji41]

    Did Zidane change his mind?

I'm not so sure we won't be receiving el pasillo from Depor. Atleti and LPB have their minds elsewhere.

From the past I recall when teams won the Liga with a few games to spare they would receive pasillos from their opponents for the rest of the season, not just from their first opponent after being confirmed champions.
As for this upcoming weekend, if both Atletico and/or LPB win their Liga match it would not be surprising to still see Deportivo give Barca a pasillo... for having won the Copa, which is also tradition. It just rarely happens because the Copa final is usually the last domestic match of the season.

One of my worst experience as a cule was the day when we gave LPB pasillo and were thumped 4-1 by them at their stadium.

The heck with not giving pasillo, I want Barca to demand this. If not given, I don’t want Barca to give one to anyone ever.

I agree that it was one of the worst days as a Barca supporter.
But I've always turned it around and convinced myself that the pasillo helped to kick start what happened the next four seasons. I have nothing to base it on but as far as I'm concerned if it wasn't for the pasillo the Treble would not have been achieved. And I will not be persuaded to believe otherwise. :)

As for LPB not giving a pasillo, if they were to deny what the Liga champions fully deserve it would say more about that club than whatever message they are attempting to present and no club should ever give them such respect when they win the title in future.

Prediction wise it will have been 8 days since our prior match, with no midweek match looming save for the makeup match on May 9th (postponed due to Copa final). So I imagine something like a grand once, with Semedo at RB for the suspended Roberto, and Coutinho playing the 4th mid/3rd forward role on the right side.

    MAtS
    Semedo-Pique-Umtiti-Alba
    Couti-Raki-Busi-Ini
    Messi-Suarez
With everyone healthy and just Roberto suspended, the pundits will look closely at the 3 first teamers who are in the stands instead of the bench and speculate about their exits this summer.

Not sure what that tweet means, but if Atletico draw, they are already out regardless of the score vs Depor. Same thing with Madrid.

Whenever a team has been confirmed Liga champions with at least two rounds still to play, the champions are awarded the Liga trophy when they play their next home Liga fixture. So if Barca are confirmed champions this weekend they should be presented with the trophy during El Clasico, likely after the match. Pasillo before, trophy after. Should be, anyway. But LPB are chicken sh!t so...

Deportivo confirm they will give Barca a pasillo for the Copa victory.
So if Atleti and Madrí both fail to win then the pasillo would be for the Doblete. Either way, Barca are getting a pasillo on Sunday.
Very stand up of Depor. A pity they will likely be relegated because they're a class organization that other clubs can learn from.

No worries, celebrate the Copa before this game, La Liga before the next game, no pasillo needed for us to bring out the trophy and the Don at home to rapturous applause.

Depor are most likely already relegated. Levante need one point to escape relegation.

And Depor have far worse goal difference than Levante.

But Depor would win the tiebreaker against both Leganes and Bilbao. :geek::geek:
