Portugal Spain Iran Morocco

 

Iran, Morroco can really trouble Portugal or Spain?

 

Spain is probably too good, but Portugal always has trouble creating the play and may face some difficulties against Morocco and Iran. Portugal went out in a group with Germany, Ghana and USA in the last WC, no? Apart from Germany, these weren’t necessarily the greatest of NT’s.

I have no clear opinion as regards Iran, but Morocco is a defensively sound team with some technically good players who can combine quite well. It’ll definitely not be a walk in the park. Under normal circumstances, though, Spain and Portugal should go through.

 

I hope Iran does so but not probable.
It is the death group for us any way. Couldnt be worse.

 

We didnt lose a match and didnt concede a goal until our last game in the qualification stage. Quiroz is the coach and the team is very organized. We almost drew with Argentina last world cup, until the midget scored a screamer.

 

I remember that game, Iran was very good. Seems like a hard group for both Iran and Morocco!

 

I think Egypt has a chance of qualification.

 

Speaking of which, the doctor (Dr.Segura) that gave him the banned substance joined Barca in 2009, same year as Pep.

In 2010 they were fined €30k for not providing their players' whereabouts to anti-doping officials that had come to take the samples, and they blamed a system failure for their inability to notify authorities of a change in their training schedule. Gotta give them credit for staying true to their victim mentality.

6 years after he was proven guilty (which he was), one of his friends found a new loophole (according the new guidlines the urine samples should be stable) and since they couldn't check whether a sample taken 6 years ago(!) was or was not stable, he was cleared. That friend is Manuel Estiarte, his right man at City.

Frank de Boer had used the same substance around the same period (same doctor BTW, Dr.Segura) but he was never cleared.

 

It is the worst draw for you in terms of club vs country, my friend!!!! You will have plenty of unhappy moments for Ronaldo, Ramos, Achraf, etc this summer.
