Are we still talking about Courtois or have we started talking about Donnarumma's performance vs Arsenal yet? Have yet to see something that justifies the hype to be honest other than having the same nickname as Buffon.
Allison guys Allison, I ve been talking about him for months now. Footballing and as a goalkeeper he is outstanding, Wont cost much if you see how much Roma sold Salah for. Courtois is trash, DDG is a pussy and Oblak plays for Pathetico.
No Morata in the latest list of the Seleccion. His career is crashing down at the moment. 6 Madridistas vs 3 Barcelonistas makes me happy
He was a good fit here. Maybe he didn’t play the big games but he made us a stronger team and we played to his strengths. He had some growing to do, and could have done that here with no pressure.
Alex Sandro wants to join PSG this summer. PSG wants him as they see no one better to link up with Neymar on the left flank. (Isabela Pagliari)
I’ve got a daring proposition for you guys re GK... how about we just stick with the dude we have? Keylor has been world class this year, and he’s a proven commodity who has displayed the ability to deal with the pressure and ups and downs of being our no. 1. I also get the sense that he’s a useful dressing room presence. I know he’s moving past his prime but at this point maybe we just stay on that train and see how far it goes?
Personally i’d have no problems with that, IMO the GK position is not a priority at all at this time, we all know here that they are other areas of the team that need addressing with much more urgency, a strong backup maybe.
Right now Keylor seems like the best option. Hence I don't mind getting Letica around 10 ME. Let Keylor start for couple more seasons and then see whether Letica is ready and consider other options.
I'm happy to see Lucas Vazquez get the recognition he deserves with this call-up for Spain. The man has been on fire for us and his play against PSG probably sealed it. Would be great to see him go to the World Cup.
Unfortunate news for someone who was proving himself to be quite useful at Valencia. Coquelin set to be out for around 5-7 months after rupturing his Achilles’ tendon. #LaLiga #VCF https://t.co/gbbpU0RhhK— Andrew Gaffney (@GaffneyVLC) March 16, 2018
José Mourinho launches 12-minute defence of his Manchester United record • United manager points to what he inherited at Old Trafford • Mourinho reads statistics from recent years to make his case “There is football heritage,” he said. “And what I inherited is the last time Manchester United won the Champions League, which didn’t happen a lot of times, was in 2008. Since 2011: 2012 out in the group phase. In 2013 out at Old Trafford in the last 16, I was on the other bench [as Real Madrid manager]. “In 2014, out in the quarter-final. In 2015, no European football. In 2016, back to European football, out in the group phase, [United] go to the Europa League and out in the second knockout [phase]. “In 2017, play the Europa League, win it with me and United go back to the Champions League. In 2018, win the group phase with 15 points out of a possible 18, and lose at home in the last-16. “So in seven years with four different managers, once not qualify for Europe, twice out in the group phase and the best was the quarter-final – this is football heritage.” https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...o-defence-manchester-united-record-12-minutes 974697813127958528 is not a valid tweet id
It's like the Elton John greatest hits tour from the farewell tour hits. Same stick just switching out a saxophone and calling it a unique take on a familiar song.
This was pathetic even by Mourinho standards, i mean, he is trolling his own fans, his own club at this moment.
Carvalho? (a couple of QFs, SFs, and a final) Kaka? (a bunch of everything and a Winner) Arbeloa? (2 QFs, 1 SF) Hell Dudek was a winner in that great penalty shootouts vs Milan. The guys is beyond pathetic, we really broke him.
Poor Mou lol. Spent 400 ME odd in two years to manage 4 shots on goal against mighty Sevilla over two legs. If Utd didn't play like cowards, they had a good chance to qualify.
There is a part 2 http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/43431205?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter "What is the difference between round of 16 and quarter final" "Do you expect me to tell you we have no chance against Sevilla? Just like I cannot tell you that Matic and Lukaku are performing and other players are not" "We went out to a side that is more succesful than Manchester United in the past 7yrs". We went out to a team in Spanish cup final "We went out to a team that invest sensibly." "We went out to a team that play weekly vs Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid Valencia" "There are several Sevilla players that are better than Manchester United players" "There are many people who write that are idealists or idioots" "The fans need to grow up"
And Raul and Guti (multiple winners) left in the window Mourinho arrived, so add them to that big list of his.
