If I remember correctly, Mandanda topped this ranking like 1 or 2 years ago. I believe it's fair to say that he has lost confidence since his bad performances with the national team. Everything was great for him, he came to Marseille as a back up, Carrasso got injured, he had great performances with Marseille, overtook Carrasso, was called up by Domenech... His career risen really quickly, he is probably not mentally strong enough for that.
