Valencia deserved to win the final, but this is football, you need to score. Great tournament overall, COTIF pitch is not the best to play good football, and the players are still a little rusty, but I think we saw great glimpses for the future.

Very satisfied by Kangin's performance, is not easy to deliver good football so early in the (pre)season and especially in his circumstances and he showed what he can do, so very excited to see him when the league starts.

It's a U-20 tournament but all the teams are Juvenil A teams(U-18), players who are 19-20 y.o. are already playing professional football so I doubt they play the tournament, so most of the players are 18 years old.

Depends of how big the club is, but yeah, there's a lot of clubs that only have 1 pitch or 2, so all their teams play on those pitches, and it's more easier to maintain so they prefer that option.

 

Wasn't sure if rough touch from most players was from artificial turf or early season.

What's going on with LSW. Seems he's not getting any offers or interest. Is Verona leaving until end of closing so they can lowball offer? That can easily fall through and LSW might be stuck riding bench.

 

Barcelona doesn't want to send him on a full transfer while him and Verona do. So they can't come in complete agreement.

 

Based on rumors, it's either (1) Barca wants to sell him to Hellas Verona, but he's being stubborn and refusing to go, or (2) Barca wants to sign him to a 3-year contract and then loan him, because they think they can sell him for more money later on than what Verona's offering, and the holdup is because he wants a full transfer.

The second scenario sounds more plausible. Either way, Barca doesn't want him.

According to this article, Hellas Verona's two main targets are now LSW and Moises Kean at Juventus. They're an unlikely suitor for Kean, though, as he's been tipped for loans all over Italy and Europe.

These are internet rumors, though, so they're not worth the paper that they're not printed on - take them with a grain of salt.
