No, he just took that side back in day. Lol. Elliad was so brainwashed liberal when it came to Korean politics.

Lee Young-pyo wants to be an administrator that helps create a bigger system for Korean Football.

    - A good manager is more important than a good player. Korea really needs a good manager.

    - While it's important for oneself to be good at football, it's even more important to create an environment that can help you get better at football, a "system".

    - Korean players are naturally good at football, however the truth is that both the system and administration are lacking a lot in technical aspects.

You heard it folks, we're lacking a good manager (Obviously and for a long time as well). And, some people still want to argue that managers don't matter, even after the having witnessed Choi Kang-hee, Stielike, and Shin Tae-yong fail hard .

Yeah, we're not the only ones feeling the pain and frustration about having sub-par managers, Lee Young-pyo is too.

Yes finally Lee Youngpyo is stepping up to the plate. I also think coaches are very important not just national team coach. I wish there's more coach training and getting better coaches throughout the system and clubs.

We need a bigger and better system to help revamp all departments: Youth Football, Club/National Team, Domestic Managerial Pool, Korean Footballing environment etc.

Create a new department for disciplinary training of players so they can uplift their discipline and gain stronger mindset/mentality, just have Eul-yong Ta in charge.

Jang Hyun-soo will be the first player to go through this training, he needs it bad.

I am pretty confident that Lee Young Pyo will have a big role in developing the Korean football system to the next level and I think it's the right decision that he and PJS are following an administrator's path and not a manager's.

It'll be great if KFA can create an environment where kids can develop creativity and flares aka Joga Bonito. Kind of like Latin American footballers.

I uploaded real groups stage at Football Manager 2018 and had a try with Korea. I finished 3rd with 4 points (because Mexico beat Germany at the final group match)

Here it is my results :
    Korea 1-1 Mexico
    Korea 0-3 Germany
    Korea 2-0 Sweden

I wonder if you, guys, would have demanded my sacking, haha.

Why? 1W 1D 1L is a very reasonable result especially considering we're in one of the group of deaths, it's just unfortunate that the result from the other match didn't go in our favor. And, you've managed to get a win vs Sweden which is the most important match we need to get 3 points from, also what are the chances that Shin Tae-yong can do any better? very slim if you ask me.
