God, I hope so...that would pump me up as a visiting player. And yeah, I'd rather have a mispronouncing announcer than watching matchtracker.
There is a passage in High Fidelity about that very thing...every shot is going upper ninety in your imagination etc.
Yeah, and you have the bias of a Dallas announcer.... every little close thing he's gonna get excited even if it's really not a great opportunity.
Thanks for this lead. We've got 5 of us listening here and I passed the site address on to another group. Even though the announcer is (of course) biased, he is descriptive enough for me to visualize what is going on and where we are on the field. He just said that he thought Dallas had most of the possession....does that seem right?
Exactly if I could see the game I'd just mute the anouncer and listen to something else while I watched.
