I've posted a similar query in the collectors forum for DVD collectors but most people there seem to focus on European football or national teams. Does anyone have DVDs of the Wizards games from the 2001 Copa Merconorte (or even VHS tapes)?
I don't even know if the games were shown on TV in the states, unless it was on some obscure channel that most people didn't get. If I ever even see highlights of that tournament online anywhere it'd be a first.
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that a local station in KC might have shown the game (don't know if there was a local showing games then) or that maybe Univision/Galavision or Telemundo might have been on the games.
I'm sure they were shot, but you're probably going to need some decent Spanish language skills and knowledge of Chilean, Bolivian and Mexican soccer fan groups to find them.
