In under 12s, you can look at the practice intensity and think, yeah, going with little Susie or little Barbie this week (unless it is little Barbie's week to bring treats, which may or may not be a mitigating factor). In professional footie its all about who helps the team. I cannot remember SAS ever performing anywhere nearly as poorly as Igor this last outing. I cannot remember Igor ever performing at the same level as SAS. If I was guessing, it's an attitude thing, SAS is pissed because he's not playing and PV wants him to be the same happy camper he was last year, from the bench or even when not picked. He's (understandably) not, so he's in the doghouse. To be fair, this is not unusual or unique to PV. But the only time playing time is assigned by practice intensity for pros is when you have two pretty much equal players. that is not the case here.
Maybe in all the practices last week, SAS squared off against Jimmy but Igor really only had to keep facing Soony.
