There are two sides on his choice to go to AZ Alkmaar. They have tremendous good development system with an own take on it. So that's a pro on his choice. That academy on the other hand produces alot of gems at the moment, 5 or 6 of the first team were academy players and still very young, and that's also the case in the second team/youth team. So he went to a club that is bristling with highly quality talents.
