Sigh, I guess 2010 still stands as Jeju's only good season. Park Kyung-Hoon is so tactically stubborn, I'm going so far as to say it's time we need to get ourselves a new manager. It's been the same routine since 2011, outscore the competition during the first-half of the season, and just tank down to mid-table during the remaining half. Why does Park Kyung-Hoon employ Seo Dong-Hyun as first striker when he clearly can't score worth a damn, and is much more useful as second striker/playmaker forward, as seen from the set-piece plays so far? Why does he position Pedro so far into left flank all the time, when he should be fluidly alternating between both left and center? Why does he insist on placing Song Jin-Hyung on CDM or on the wing when every other CAM in the league are enjoying their respective spots on the field? Why is Choi Won-Kwon on loan and why did we get good-for-nothing Lee Jin-Ho in return? Why is that match-fixing scum Oh Joo-Hyun on our starting roster, in Choi Won-Kwon's RB spot at that? Why is it that we have the weakest midfield depth in the league for three seasons straight? Why do we not keep the ace foreigners around for longer than two seasons like other clubs? Why does a forward-abundant team keep using the 4-2-3-1 when it's clearly not working? Why the f*ck is Ahn Jong-Hoon our starting CAM?? So sick of the lack of creativity in Jeju's plays and Park Kyung-Hoon's refusal to adapt and move forward from the 2010 KEJ+KJC era. How much more disappointment must a loyal fan endure?
Dude, did you start following Jeju from 2010? Coz, no one cared about that franchise since the owners ditched Bucheon at the end of the 2005 season. League Finish (chronological) Before 2010: 13, 11, 10, 14 After 2010: 9, 6 One fairytale season and back to mediocrity. Is Park Kyung-Hoon another Chang Woe-Ryong? Do you you think it wise to sack the only gaffer in your franchise's relatively short history to make the team noticeable? Consistency is what you need. A new manager won't do any better given the current funds and resources. Also, who would you want as a replacement? Cheer up, you still have a KFA Cup run to look forward to, right?
With the current trend in league form, we might as well call the first division Chaebol League and the second division City League instead of the silly Classic + Challenge moniker.
i'll finish off the scores for you: Round 23 Sunday Daegu FC 0-2 Suwon Chunnam 2-3 Pohang Gyeongnam 0-0 Seoul there was a big fuss in gyeongnam. watch the replay if you havent already. 3rd to last paragraph here video on facebook, although it's pretty far and I cant tell exactly if it made enough contact to matter
The Seoul-Jeonbuk match is live right now on TBS Seoul. Also Seongnam-Gangwon match is live on SpoTV.
Pretty nice crowd at Sangam considering its a midweek match. While thats happening Lee Seok-hyeon scored his 7th league goal of the season. It will be interesting to see the table after today's round because the clubs at the top except Pohang are still fighting for something and are only separated by small points - Jeonbuk, Ulsan, Seoul, Suwon and Incheon.
lol, they better have a tunnel cam video for the Seoul-Jeonbuk match. It's funny to see how these players play around in the tunnel before the match starts. Kim Jin-Kyu hitting Park Hee-Do with a bottle on the head.
Kevin Oris! Cool calm ceremony lol At least my anger on Par Kee Do died a little thanks to Kevin's goal.
Jesus Christ, that last 10 seconds gave me a heart attack. Mispass almost led to a Lee Dong-Gook/Seo Sang-Min goal, but luckily, Seo Sang-Min fcuked up.
