The following are the fixtures for March. It is an interesting month as we have several away matches including the snowed out makeup against Bologna next week. We finish the month with the last week against Fiorentina, Milan in the Coppa and Inter. Sat, 3 Mar - Chievo Wed, 7 Mar - at Bologna Sun, 11 Mar - at Genoa Sun, 18 Mar - at Fiorentina Wed, 21 Mar - Milan (Coppa Italia) Sun, 25 Mar - Inter
that last week will be very difficult. i am salivating with milan and inter merda at the end of the month.
The last four matches are easy...Novara and Lecce might be already relegated, while Cagliari and Atalanta perhaps will have nothing to play for except pride.
unfortunately milan only have roma and fiorentina left, hopefully we dont have to rely on inter, second to last game to seal the deal...
so you're gonna act like u dont know what im talking about? we did beat milan twice this season...besides this, napoli and udinese we've beaten all the other big teams
A tease of what we may see next season up front? Azzurri lineup ..... [LINEUP-4-4-2]Giovinco, Matri, Marchisio, Pirlo, Thiago Motta, Nocerino, Criscito, Ogbonna, Barzagli, Maggio, Buffon[/LINEUP-4-4-2]
thats going to be a pretty narrow squad. we will have to treat it like when we beat spain. push everything out wide and win the crosses. but yes very heavy with the bianconeri colors. curious to see gio and matri up top. Matri deserves this in my opinion.
It has been described as a 4-3-1-2 with Motta playing in an advanced role and Nocerino and Marchisio partnering Pirlo in midfield. Expect flank play from Criscito and Maggio.
I don't think any squad with Maggio needs to worry about width, especially on his side of the pitch. I have to say Prandelli's merit-based, "no preconceptions" approach is very refreshing. Other than Miccoli, Prandelli has put to bed pretty much every injustice about deserved callups. Bravo.
I don't think Di Natale is 100%. I think he would've gotten the call if he was 100% healthy. He needs the rest for his injury.
good answer by prandelli i really like this guy, seems like he knows what he's doing and he's a fair person...not stubborn or clueless like most
Although I love him as a Serie A player, he has never been effective in the Azzurri. I don't expect that to change, and I hope he is at most a little-used reserve, but he does deserve the callups based on his league performances.
Well since about half our team is starting Conte should watch this game to see if he can use this 4-3-1-2 system. Giaccherini can play the 1 if he is more consistant with his passes. Agree with Falc that the frontline is a free preview of next year so this game could be useful.
