First assist for Cancelo, I believe? I have to admit, I didn't imagine this squad would be gelling together so well this early on in the season. Early times yet, and obviously nothing has been won, but nonetheless it's a great sign. Wait, seriously, another damned international break already? Ugh, f*ck international football...
I'm surprised the boys are able to stay awake for the full 90 minutes in these league fixtures. We should have this thing wrapped up by January.
I’m upset that the CL games are not being broadcasted on mainstream tv! Fox is such a failure!!! Juve should be on any main stream for CL games!
Same, but I rather keep everyone sharp than being bored, Ronaldo is such an upgrade than higuain, he does everything on the field instead of sitting in the box.
Ronaldo is hungry for goals, he makes everyone better around him, something Higuain failed, Mario was suffering so much when Higgy was on the field, with Ronaldo we see so much of Mario it’s awesome. Also it’s such a treat watching Berna play, he is such a treat!
The biggest improvement I have seen in any player thus far has been in Bernardeschi. He is doing stuff on the ball of which I did not think he is capable. Hopefully that continues for the good of the club and the national team. God knows Italy need all the help they can get in attack if they are recalling Giovinco to the NT.
Berna is getting his stocks up, he is gonna be worth so much by next season as long as he stays healthy. Teams will try to come after him with a big ass contract.
I am certain that this bit of news will bring joy to the hearts among many on this forum. 🎙 @mattia_desci: "Ready to return" 💪The interview ➡️ https://t.co/dtdvYukXuk #ForzaJuve pic.twitter.com/39HOJJT96C— JuventusFC 🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@juventusfcen) October 18, 2018
Great, so instead of just happening an option in J. Cancelo that can attack, but not defend, we also have one in De Sciglio who can't attack or defend. All joking aside, MdS has been serviceable since he arrived. It's good to have him back.
We're in complete control. The two Portuguese players have been very active with Cancelo creating the Ronaldo tap-in, albeit on poor defensive play by Genoa. Cuadrado set up a couple nice chances. Good intensity.
That's fine at home against Genoa. I'll have a heart attack when he does that stuff away at Barca in a Champions League semifinal.
We're in complete control, but we can't get complacent. It may not be a bad idea to pull Mandzukic in the second half. He hasn't been at his best. I would put on Douglas Costa to see if he can make it a half without spitting on someone.
