Great cross! Ronaldo finished it off!
Also funny how he mocked his wife doing squats lol.
Now we need to put up another goal or two to put this game away.

Watched the replay a few times, still can't figure out why the ref blew the whistle.

HT: 1-0, Juve controlling large parts of the game. Legit call called back for who knows why.

I think Mario has more goals this season than he had all last season

No "extra credit" points for the usual edge of the seat drama. A clear cut win from start to finish. I was actually relaxed at the final whistle.

Juve faces another Curva closure because of fans making chants against Napoli during last nights game.

Funny how when Inter fans did it a few weeks ago, chanting the same exact thing that there was no ban, Inter were handed a €10,000 fine was all. Yet somehow, Udinese (whose fans also did it last night) and Juve are facing closures. I wonder why??

Supposedly it was because Mandzu "wandered into the penalty area" before the Goal Kick was taken.

Can't vouch that this is accurate cause I didn't see that part on the replay, but it is the only thing I have seen so far that makes any sense at all.

    That ref was isht.

Good win ... however it feels like we never have a game plan. We hardly create chances and a lot of reliance on Ronaldo to score. Not sure whats up with the final 3rd ...

i'm thankful we win, but something is missing. Our games are very boring at times. and a lot of these games we should be winning anyways given our players vs other teams, but a lot is still to be desired and we are not necessarily wowing the world.

It’s the midfield game, it hasn’t been up to par.

I am happy with Ronaldo and Mario, these guys play well together.
I don’t know about Dybala... he has been a disappointment.
It’s time for Juve to go all in this transfer and give ManU Dybala and bring Pogba in.

What i miss about the the days of MVPP midfield is they were more decisive and each did something creative to make goals happen. Not sure if its the mid necessarily, just the whole team isnt as aggressive as we used to be. We barely even take shots outside the box

Btw lol at Napoli drawing a blank.
I think they will be just fine in the champions league. They are just struggling hard in serie a.
Reminds me of EPL style teams...

When you don’t have aggressive midfielders the rest of the team is gonna be bland.
    Modric improved real big time.

It’s just hard to replace Pirlo, Pogba, Vidal all together.
I think Pjanic is decent, problem is he isn’t good with the ball at passing and making decisive plays like Pirlo. He is good at crosses and free kicks, but other than that I don’t see this team missing him if he is gone. Just not an impactful player.

We are not scoring any goals off free kicks despite having Pjanic, Dybala and now Ronaldo.

Max needs to find out what is up with that. All of those guys have scored multiple goals a year on free kicks but this year nada.

And our corner kick score rate is abysmal also.

Midfield has been on the decline since Vidal left and Marchisio got injured. It needs a revamp. Though Betancur continues to improve.

Complacency? I mean we have sleepwalked through the Serie A, it's November and the scudetto chase is all but over. I think we will see the best Juve in the knockout stages of CL.

Thats cuz we dont pull many free kicks each game either. No one gets aggressive in final 3rd to break thru the lines, other than Ronaldo. Most of the team is passive and counters are terrible and often get slowed down.
