It's a shame Porter can't get this kind of production out of the "Columbus Crew East Coast Elite 2017 Man of the Year" award winner.
It would be great if he could score for us but I’d settle for a handful of completed passes once in awhile.

The shot actually deflected off of the defender that was sliding in front of Meram, causing the ball to loop up over the keeper and drop into the net. I'm happy for Meram. He's such a great guy. I recall that Cincinnati match in preseason where he and Santos had a nice exchange, and he put a great shot on goal that was cleared at the line. It was just bad luck he didn't score there. I think he had a little luck on his side in netting that goal last night. Still, he did anticipate the play, put himself in a good position to score.
