The squad looks strong as is . I wonder if Klopp will give the young lads like Lewis , Hoever , Wilson etc a good long look before bringing anyone in.
looking at that chart, and given that almost all those players are under 30, I'm not surprised we are moving deliberately in the market. I would like to see more depth in the forward line, though.
Buvac left because the relationship with Klopp was "over the hill" and in the last couple of months before his departure he stopped talking entirely. They had been together since 2001 coaching but somehow they couldnt work together any longer. Buvac also didnt like Pepijn Lijnders the fourth assistance coach did get more and more power/say.

with the surfeit of strong players available, he should be able to play carling cup games with at least three of them in a strong side nonetheless. Same goes for one or two of them in lower premiership opposition games or one or two of the CL stage games - although those having atendency to be pressure games he may not want to do that. There is the shining example of Trent AA though.....
