Man, just when he was getting back in the groove he picks up an injury Seems to happen to him a lot. Hopefully he’ll get back at it without missing a beat soon

In keeping with my new year's resolutions, I wrote up a quick data post on Raul Jimenez and Chicharito, borrowing data, heatmaps, and shotmaps from various sources. @soccernurdshttps://t.co/wEEVn9C84h— Joel Corona (@choulito) January 5, 2019
West Ham beat Arsenal today 1-0. Chicharito's whereabouts are still unknown. Pretty sure he was slammed Mia Khalifa.
He sustained a back injury. His expected return is next weekend. On a related note, the West Ham chisme this week has been Marko Arnautovic's desire to move to the Chinese super league. Arnautovic played today, but it's looking rather likely that he won't stick around much longer. If so, Cheech won't be going to Spain anytime soon. "We will see what happens in the coming days..." 👀Manuel Pellegrini remained tight-lipped on the situation surrounding Marko Arnautovic after the striker appeared to wave goodbye to the London Stadium today. 👋🏟 pic.twitter.com/OXalu41AD8— Sky Sports Premier League (@SkySportsPL) January 12, 2019
Close this thread.... 🇲🇽🔄 Report: Mexico’s Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez agrees terms with Valencia, plans to leave West Ham in January | #WHUFC #PLonNBC #ElTri https://t.co/AgK3NHgKdt— NBC Sports Soccer (@NBCSportsSoccer) January 15, 2019
If Arnautovic is offloaded, Cheech becomes the starting ST. He should consider staying. Pellegrini wants him to stay.
Not necessarily. Word is they would use the money from the Arnautovic sale to purchase Callum Wilson or another striker. Apparently, the Valencia interest is real, but West Ham are not so keen on selling him just yet. But what might make the transaction possible is the fact that his huge wages would be offloaded.
Future "Trivial Pursuit" (Sports Edition) questions: What is the longest amount of time Chicharito was ever with the same team? What team was it?
dude f*ck west ham They didn't let him move last January They didn't sell him in the summer F8ck them
The one and only.. That @el-choul is the real deal. Representing Mexicans in a positive way. Chicharo is in a though spot. Valencia is not going to pay what West Ham wants for him.
.@WestHamUtd manager Pellegrini on Chicharito (@CH14_) returning to training yesterday: “Unfortunately for him, he has had two long injuries this season, of about five weeks each time, but he will continue to be an important player for us. #eltrieng https://t.co/icbLk9t5UK— Tom Marshall (@mexicoworldcup) January 17, 2019
As it turns out, he might actually be better off with Pellegrini. The word out of Spain is that Valencia's interest in Cheech is coming from Peter Lim, not Marcelino.
Chicharito came in on 66' They lost 2-0. I didn't see much of him. Had an opportunity late in the game off a blunder from the keeper but he put too much weight on the pass.
I'm more concerned with picking Luis Hernandez. Dude wasn't that good. Not top 5 good at least. Bravo was an easy one b/c he is chivas all time goal scorer and he obviously played with him.
